In the heart of Gueliz, come and enjoy Marrakech in this refurbished apartment and relax in its pretty terrace .
The accommodation is in a great location ,in close proximity to many restaurants and cafes .
250m from Marrakech train station and 10 mins by car from Marrakech airport.
You can reach CarrĂ© Ăden in 10 min and Jama El Fna Square in 25 min walk,
Swimming pool open from mid June to September 8, 2024.
And the parking of the basement

The apartment located on the ground floor will offer you beautiful moments of relaxation with its pretty terrace.
You will find a cozy living room with sofa bed, coffee tables, storage furniture and smart TV.
The air conditioning in the living room will allow you to enjoy it even in high heat .
The accommodation also has a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, accessories and utensils) , microwave, Nespresso, washing machine... with its dining area (see photo)
The room is spacious , is is airconditioned and has a desk . A pretty bay window overlooking the generously litter of the room .
For your comfort, the glass window is equipped with electric roller shutters.
The terrace will be your favorite, it will allow you to relax in peace, and eat there thanks to its dining table and outdoor lounge. (Cf: photo)
Access to the pool and its amenities (tables , sunbeds...)
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole accommodation without exception and the swimming pool of the residence located 5 m from the apartment.

Note the Marrakech train station is located 250 m from the accommodation in the heart of Gueliz.
The residence and private underground parking are monitored 24/7 by guards and a video surveillance system.
