Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful experience and Paul was very quick to respond to questions we had. The home is completely renovated and very clean. We will definitely stay here again!

4BR Home Stay

Plenty of room for everything, clean, all new appliances, great location, comfortable outdoor deck. Our entire family stayed here (my wife and I, 3 sons, 1 daughter-in-law, 1 girlfriend, and 2 grandkids) during a family reunion and it was perfect. Cheaper than 4 hotel rooms and enabled us to be together and have fun as a family. Host Paul P. was very responsive and we thank him for taking on the task of restoring some of these beautiful old homes.

Beautiful Home for 5 Adults

This newly remodeled home is beautiful on the inside. We all loved it. Big and roomy. Great appliances, furnishings, decor. Check in was easy. Had one question & owner/manager teplied quickly. My only advice is if you are traveling with anyone having mobility issues that 3 of the 4 bedrooms and the washer & dryer are upstairs. We loved our stay.

I’m a passionate sports fan, cheering for Buffalo teams, the St. Bonaventure Bonnies, Pittsburgh Panthers, and the Yankees.

Whether it’s braving a chilly December day at a Buffalo Bills game or mountain biking down Holimont, I love staying active and spending time outdoors with friends.

Growing up, downtown Olean wasn’t always the best spot for business or simply enjoying a walk. With this property just three blocks from the center, I saw an opportunity to preserve a beautiful home within easy reach of downtown. The Oak Hill Park district boasts incredible architecture, and it’s been tough watching some of these historic homes lose their charm over time. I’ve worked on several renovations before, but this project was a complete transformation from the ground up. It’s exciting to finally make this space available for others to appreciate and enjoy.

I felt it was essential to include outdoor space, so I added a back deck and ensured there was ample parking, even though the space is a bit snug.
