Välkommen till vår värld i San Pedro. Kom och koppla av i vår tropiska paradis. Njut av utsikten över frodiga trädgårdar från verandan. Eller ta ett uppfriskande dopp i vår pool bara några steg bort. Du kommer att glädja till ljudet av vågor bryta eller förundras över vita mössor ute på revet. Den näst största barriärrevet i världen är bara en kort bit från stranden, och du kommer att kunna vidta åtgärder på grann Dyk butik för ett äventyr på sea..or under den. Om du är landkrabbor kan du njuta av solen på vår privata brygga eller bada och snorkla i vårt skyddade området. Om du är orädd, prova en PARASEGLA eller vindsurfa. Musikälskare samlas i januari och februari för att njuta av den ständigt berömda Jerry Jeff Walker Konserter på Fido är bara ner till stranden från oss. Var noga med att ta med din cowboyhatt!
Det är bara 5 minuters gångavstånd till middag på stranden, shopping i stan, turistaktiviteter och vattensporter. Vi har de allra bästa platsen på ön!
Vår lägenhet är fullt utrustad och vi erbjuder daglig städservice. Laundy pickup är tillgänglig med en minimal laddning.

Great location!

Nice condo in a great centralized location on the beach. Right in the center of town. Condo was clean, and well furnished. Krishan was very helpful… picked us up at the water taxi, answered all our texts quickly, and arranged for our trip to Tropic Air for our trip back to the airport. Pool was nice. Close to great restaurants. Rented a golf cart for the 10 days we were there and explored much of the island. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect little house for vacation

The Villa is in an excellent location right on the water and within ready walking distance of everything you want. The house was clean and the kitchen has everything we needed. There was air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. The pool was warm and not too busy. Very quiet at night. They helped us arrange a golf cart for one day too.

Two weeks of relaxation

The condo had everything we wanted or needed. The complex with the palm trees and relaxation areas was an oasis. There are a lot of newer complexes in the area but none can come close to the overall tranquility of this one. The company in charge of this unit ( Nellies) are fantastic. We would come back again. You do not need a golf cart as stores, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Cute Spot in San Pedro

My wife and I had a quick stay in San Pedro. The hostess was very responsive and arranged for us to be picked up from the water taxi. We were in Belize for our honeymoon, so she decorated the condo with a trail of flower petals and towel origami which was such a nice and thoughtful touch! The condo itself was cozy and perfect for our needs, with a convenient location. The staff helped us get a golf cart rental so we could drive to Secret Beach. We definitely recommend this place!

Perfect location… beautiful pool

Excellent property. Kitchen had enough dishes. Overall great trip. I wish they had a smart tv. Wanted to watch Netflix. Love the Red Ginger restaurant!

Mid-April

We enjoyed our time at Paradise Villas. Proximity to restaurants and beach bars is perfect and having the pool was great…our end of day location most days. A great place to socialize and meet other travellers. Unit is a bit older but overall fit our needs perfectly, right size for two adults and has all the amenities you need.

It all about the Location and the People.

I could write a whole page review on Paradise Villa, but since most people don’t want to read that much, I will leave it short and sweet. Location, Location, Location, & People. You always take a chance venturing to a new location and renting an unfamiliar VRBO, but after 2 days on San Pedro, I knew we had the perfect Location. First, Melissa was wonderful to deal with and was very prompt answering all our questions. Paradise Villa is on the outskirts of the busy part of town, so walking is super easy, and you are just far enough away where you are not subject to the late-night party noise. Everything you need is right there. Grocery Store, Bar/Restaurants, food stands, and dive shops. We rented a golf cart the last 2 days, just to go to Secrete Beach and explore the south side of the island. The golf cart was parked back at Paradise Villa by 3pm the 2nd day as we had more local places to explore on foot. The grounds and staff there were exceptional. I am sure there are other nice places on the island, but for me, I will only stay at Paradise Villa.

Beautiful setting and close to everything

Melissa was very easy to work with. The unit is as described. The grounds are gorgeous and well tended. It is close to so many restaurants and launches of tours. We only rented a cart for 2 days to hit Secret beach and do some shopping. Bed was comfortable. Only negative were barking dogs. I ended up sleeping in the living room and we kept background noise of air conditioner to help cover it up. That trick worked. I am a very light sleeper and not the fault of the owner. So many nice people at the condo complex and staff is over the top friendly and attentive. House cleaning and fresh towels and linens were a very nice addition.

Wonderful first time experience in San Pedro and particularly at Paradise Villas. Melissa was extremely responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay at her condo again or at any other Paradise Villa properties which are very conveniently located.

It’s (almost) Paradise

This is an amazing property! Best location in San Pedro, beautifully landscaped grounds with a nicely shaded pool, just about five steps to the beach and plenty of restaurants and tour boats. Sweet property with a few small condos, each with golf cart parking and front patio/ deck. Really the best place you could imagine, just steps to groceries and laundry service. Property is half long term residents, half short term rentals. Quiet and welcoming. Cleaning service every three days, 24 hour security. The unit itself needs serious updating. Everything you need is there, it’s just shabby and rundown. Lighting, electric and kitchen supplies could be improved. But with the location and outdoor beauty, it’s a great value. Would stay again!

Great stay in San Pedro

We love having a condo in places we go. This condo was a perfect location for us near the downtown area. Melissa was a great host taking very good care of us! We would definitely come back here.

Condo Paradise Villas

Overall the property served our purpose. The grounds are very nice, the pool was nice. The condo was sufficient, not fancy but clean. It is close to several restaurants and a grocery store close by. Great location. Bed was comfortable.

This condo has it all! Convenience, beautiful grounds and location, steps away from everything and a wonderful owner who cares about your experience. The condo is comfortable and well equipped. You really can’t ask for more.

The property was amazing. Very clean and close to many restaurants and shops.

We rented the one bedroom villa and had a view of the pool. The Palapa Bat was right next to the villa as well as many other restaurants and shops within walking distance. We rented a golf cart for the week but you can walk to many places. I would definitely recommend a trip to Secret Beach. The water was beautiful and it was less windy on the west side of the island.

Amazing in every way

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. It really is an oasis on the edge of busy San Pedro. Everything is as pictured. The community is private and well maintained. Our apartment was great and just as shown. Melissa was amazing with her super fast response to every question and she had great recommendations and information. We loved Elvi’s restaurant so much that we ate there many times. A short walk from our room, maybe 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place and Melissa’s wonderful help. We also had a great trip to Hol Chan and Reef Adventures was good. Thanks Melissa.

Great location

Our stay was great. Close to bars, restaurants, shops, groceries, things to do. Nice area with lots of palms, plants, and flowers. Staff were friendly. The unit we had could use a bit of updating and it was lacking a few basics. Dishes were old, scratched, and broken. Spatula broke 1st time we used it. The porch furniture was broken and mended poorly. Lighting inside was dark—need brighter bulbs. Fridge runs very loud—needs new compressor. No propane in the grill.

Perfect Location

I highly recommend booking this property. Location is right in the center of town and the property is absolutely beautiful. The property and the pool are well kept. The condo is very clean and plenty of room for two. This was our second stay and Melissa, the owner is the best. We can't wait to return.
