Vi är så glada att välkomna dig till vårt hem-hemifrån! Det är ett året runt tillflyktsort för skojs skull. Vi är så imponerade över vad Park City erbjuder för semesterfirare både vinter och sommar. Lägenheten är idealisk för familjer med ett helt loft för barnen ELLER det kan lätt omvandlas till en romantisk stuga när ljusen är nedtonade och den vedeldade eldstaden spricker i avståndet. Vi hoppas att du kommer att älska det så mycket som vi gör!

SOMMAR:
Park City har torrt sommarvädret med måttliga temperaturer. Vårt bostad är bokstavligen tvärs över gatan från Park City Municipal Golf Course. Du kommer att ha fantastiska vyer över kursen och berget från din balkong. Om golf är inte din hastighet, prova bergs alpina glidbanan, zip rider, en bergsleka, bergsklättring, vandring, ridning, eller bara njut av en tur till toppen på stadslyften.

VINTER:
Fastigheten ligger i hjärtat av Park City och bara tre minuters promenad till Three Kings Lift, First Time Lift och biljettkiosken på Park City Mountain Resort. Huvudet till ett fantastiskt längdskidspår är också tvärs över gatan. Behöver mer? Vad sägs om en hundsläde eller bobsledtur, kanske en slädtur eller efterskidåkning efter en lång dag med heli-skidåkning? Oavsett vad du tycker om, välkommen till sluttningarna av OS 2002!

Lägenheten är rymlig och fullt utrustad. Det har ett sovrum med en QUEEN-size säng, ett badrum (i hall), och kabel-TV med DVD. Det rymliga loftet har två tvågsängar, en uppsättning BUNK Sängar och ett anslutet badrum med en stand-up dusch. Vardagsrummet har också en 27-tums kabel-TV och DVD / VCR med en SLEEPER SOFA som kan passa två vuxna eller tre barn. Stugan kan sova sex personer mycket bekvämt. Det finns två sovsäckar för att rymma fler barn om det behövs.

Fastigheten ligger på den kostnadsfria busslinjen som tar dig till Deer Valley Resort (två och en halv mil), Canyons Resort (två och en halv mil) och den historiska huvudgatan där du kommer hitta gott över 100 bra restauranger, shopping, galleri och nattliv aktiviteter! Alta, Brighton, Solitude och Snowbird är cirka 40 miles bort.

En hyrbil är inte nödvändig eftersom pendlar finns tillgängliga till och från SLC flygplatsen (30 miles) och en stormarknad ligger inom gångavstånd.

Location was great. AC could not keep up with the summer heat and was always very hot in the loft area and no AC in Master. Great location though and had a great trip

Home away from home!

What a cozy and lovely room lace conveniently located only minutes away from everything in Park City. We could not have booked a better place. When we return we will definitely look for this property again. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts.

Always amazing!

This is by far my favorite condo to stay in while visiting Park City for Sundance! Location is spot on, accommodations are comfortable, and the owners are a pleasure to deal with. Can't wait to come back next year!!

Quick walk to the hill

Property was perfect for a quick ski trip. Walking distance to the resort, and nearby public transit to get around. No need for a car.

Ski Buddy Trip

Great location! Bus stop at the bottom of the stairs. Hot Tub and Pool just beneath the unit. Really nice view of PC Mountain. 8 minute walk to the grocery store. 8 minute walk to the PCM base. Good clean unit and everything was perfect!! We had a blast!!

This condo was centrally located, which allowed you to walk to several shops and stores in the area. Our family of five were able to spread out a bit because of the beds and additional bathroom in the loft area. One downside is that the primary bedroom in the front of the condo could hear anything and everything that walked by the bedroom window, and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. Our stay was fine overall, but it would be great if the mattress was replaced in the primary bedroom.

Quite adequate

Everything you need, but nothing real special. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The living area was comfortable . The bedding was quite aged and worn as was the bed itself. Skimpy kitchen utensils, although typical for a rental - couldn't even make pancakes! Needs some simple maintenance. The location was good, but not great. Quite a walk to downtown. Easily done, but after a few days of hard skiing not preferred.

Excellent Location across from Park City Ski area parking lot

Very cute condo, just the perfect size for our group which included My brother, his wife and their 2 teens, and myself and my hubs. Location is directly across from the parking lot for Park City Ski resort. We were there for opening weekend. Condo is nicely appointed with everything you need to cook/prepare your own meals, wash your clothing, etc. Watch out for the steep spiral staircase with very wide slats between the rails and steps. I would be nervous about that with very small children around, even the teens were wary coming down the steps. Just a heads up, not really a huge issue! As other have said, this condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but the steps are very easy, 5 short flights and you are there! We recommend this condo for families with older kids and for the location and amenities. The pool and hot tub are nice after a long ski day.

Location to Slopes

Location was ideal to the slopes. The property needs a remodel but location and price was worth the compromise. There is a spiral staircase that is not safe for small children. The kitchen is lacking supplies such as a cutting board. The dishwasher was useless. We had to clean the dishes after running them in dishwasher. Linens need an upgrade to cotton bedding. Polyester sheets and plastic/nylon blend mattress cover made for multiple bad nights sleep. We were hot and sweaty. We even had the heat off in the bedroom. Beware the hot water is very hot, however, it runs out after 3 people shower. Jeff was very responsive and accommodating.

Fantastic location but lack of wifi almost a deal breaker

Comfortable apartment, fantastic location mid-way between mountain and grocery store. Apartment was great for our family of four. We walked to the mountain every day for skiing and to the grocery store in the evening. Free bus on doorstep to venture further afield - eg. Park City, Deer Valley. Having a washer and dryer was fantastic. Pots and pans a bit scarce and there was only 1 small frypan. Folder of information about area was depleted and folder itself was broken. Contact details for property manager contained in this folder were incorrect. 3 bulbs in kitchen light were blown which made it difficult to see. We ran out of toilet paper after 2 days. Once we made contact with owners they supplied us with correct property manager info and the bulbs were replaced and toilet paper replenished the next day. There was free wifi but it was virtually unusable. It was a lottery as to whether you could connect successfully or not and if you did manage to connect it dropped out constantly. If it didn't drop out, it was so slow as to be almost unusable. We were travelling from Australia with 2 teenage boys, we were unable to upload any photos of our holiday to Facebook or access our emails. For us this is almost a deal breaker.

Amazing Spot for Park City Stay

The pictures on the listing don’t do this place justice!! We had an amazing stay for a bachelorette weekend ski trip. 7 of us all stayed there comfortably. We couldn’t get over the cabin-y ski vibe of the place. It was cozy, amazing views, and amazing location if you’re shredding at Park City resort, 10/10 would stay again

Excellent stay

This was the perfect spot for our getaway over the holiday weekend for skiing and snowmobiling. We did rent a car from Salt Lake City although it’s a quick walk up the hill to the lifts. We enjoyed the fireplace, the kitchen and our grown sons were fine up in the loft!

Great Homey Stay

Booked here for some park city skiing, I think realistically if your looking for a daytime locker on the mountain it's about a 10-15 minutes walk. If you're looking to use the eagle lift in park city, this place would be perfect as that is a legitimate 6-7 minute walk in gear, maybe longer in ski boots. Overall the place was great, wish for more comfortable mattresses in the loft upstairs, but I still would stay here again for sure!

We purchased this property in 2004 and it has become a home away from home. We had no idea how much we would enjoy using it with our two boys. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love the view from the back porch as it overlooks the golf course and you have a nice view of Park City Mountain Resort. The short walk to the lift or the free shuttle bus makes traveling around the city a breeze. The heated pool and hot tub are very enjoyable after a long day of skiing.
