This exquisite, newly built luxury home, located in a prestigious condominium within Hacienda Pinilla, offers the perfect combination of style and comfort. The home features four spacious bedrooms, each with a private en suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and relaxation.
Additionally, the home boasts a private pool and a BBQ area, perfect for outdoor entertaining.
You have a common area with swimming pool, deckchairs and barbecue at Bosque de Pinilla
The Hacienda Pinilla beach club is just a 5 minutes drive from the house.

This stunning rental home, located within a secure gated community at Hacienda Pinilla, offers an ideal retreat for up to 10 guests. The house features 4 spacious bedrooms, including 3 luxurious king beds and 2 queen beds, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs.

The beach club has an amazing restaurant, pool, gym and playground. You can either go surfing, relax by the pool or just enjoy the fabulous sunsets. (Day pass $15 per person above than 10 years old)
The Beach Club will be under maintenance from October 5-18, 2026.

Playa Avellanas, home of the Beach Club has 6 World-class surf breaks including Little Hawaii, the Estero, Dead Tree and Lolaâs
The Golf Course
18 hole par 72 beachfront golf course. The beachfront hole has an awesome sunset view on a secluded beach.
The JW Marriott Hotel
Hacienda Pinilla is home of the JW Marriott Hotel. As a guest in Casa MAAR, youâll have access to the Hotelâs numerous restaurants. You can also purchase a day pass which gives you access to all of the hotelâs grounds and amenities.
Playa Mansita & Bonita (home of the JW Marriott Hotel) offer great tide pools on the lower tides.
The Tennis Courts
Two hard court tennis courts with an onsite instructor (Sylvain), private, semi-private and group lessons are available. Kids camps and pickleball events are regular activities.
The Mountain Bike Trails
With over 45 kilometers of trails throughout the ranch, forest and coastline, Hacienda Pinilla is a great location for mountain biking. With natural scenic routes and rigorous trails for every type of bike rider. The mountain trails offer adventure, challenge and enjoyment for families, first timers and experts.
The house has all you need to enjoy an amazing getaway....it will exceed your expectations!
