This newly remodeled boho modern 2nd floor apartment in Pittsburgh is the perfect home base for work or leisure available for short term vacation or corporate/work travel rates. Please inquire directly for mid term rates.
Upstairs, the cozy bedroom features a queen bed, office space, lounge chair that converts into a twin bed and full bathroom with linens and toiletries. Beautiful natural lighting illuminates the apartment through brand new windows, but can easily be shaded by original shutters in the living room. Historic charm and high ceilings in the first floor kitchen and living room make this space welcoming and relaxing. Enjoy modern amenities like excellent WiFi, Keurig/drip coffee maker, and more conveniences. There is a coin operated washing machine and dryer in the building on the bottom floor for use during your visit, but we are currently in the process of installing private laundry in the living room's expansive closet in Nov 2024. Will update this listing upon completion. Ample on street parking is readily available in front of the building. My husband and I love to rehab properties and keep a few gems to ourselves that we like to share with others. We love being close to biking, city streets with historic charm, trendy mom & pop restaurants and that feeling like you are going back to a simpler time. Hanging out with friends and family within walking distance to our apartment makes all of the hard work renovating houses worth it. Please come enjoy our home that we lovingly and creatively reinvented.

Manchester is up and coming with plans for a grand ferris wheel, expansive marina and shopping district coming in the next couple of years. In the meantime, we love our friendly neighbors and all the renovating people have been doing alongside us.
