Experience a brand-new, luxurious, and spacious condo featuring panoramic views and premium resort-level amenities. Located in the heart of the Romantic Zone, SOHO PV places you just steps from Los Muertos Beach, top restaurants, trendy bars, the farmers market, and vibrant art galleries.
Designed by the creators of Pier 57, this iconic residence delivers spacious private balconies, ocean and town views, and elevated comfort with a focus on high-end design. Each condominium features more than 9.5-foot ceilings, premium European kitchen cabinetry, marble flooring, custom wardrobes in the primary bedroom, diffused lighting, and glass-enclosed showers.
Enjoy an urban oasis with exceptional privacy: one elevator serves only two units, with secure keyless entry and 24-hour front desk/security. A dedicated elevator takes you directly to the condo and its sister unit, creating a seamless and refined guest experience.
Important Information:
Your stay includes a daily electricity allowance of 40 kW. Any additional consumption may incur a charge at checkout. For optimal comfort and energy efficiency, please switch off the air conditioning whenever you leave the unit.
If you would like extra housekeeping during your stay, an additional cleaning service is available for $50 USD or 1,000 MXN. Contact the host in advance, and we will gladly arrange it for you.
Please note that Puerto Vallartaâs summer season (JulyâSeptember) typically brings heavier rainfall and increased insect activity. This is a normal part of the tropical climate and something to consider when planning your stay.
