-Enjoy the stunning sea view from another elegantly appointed room, complete with a double bed (1.50 x 2 m) and an en-suite bathroom.

-The second garden-view room offers a double bed (1.58 x 1.92 m) and has a bathroom conveniently located just across the hall.

-Completing this level is a third garden-view room with a double bed (1.50 x 2 m) and its own en-suite bathroom.

-This floor also features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, a cozy seating area, and two outdoor dining spaces perfect for al fresco meals.

Lower Ground Floor:

-For additional comfort, the lower ground floor houses two double service rooms that share a bathroom, as well as another kitchen for your convenience.

Guest house: Adjacent to the tennis court, you’ll find a charming smaller house fully equipped with one bedroom with two single beds, making it an ideal space for extra guests or older children seeking a bit of independence.
