This beautiful industrial style space is a chic workshop/garage conversion featuring the best in modern living. Conveniently located, perfect for business travelers and longer stays. King bed, full kitchen with cookware, coffee bar, steel appliances/dishes supplied. Gated outdoor patio. Fireplace and big flat screen TV. Linens & Washer/dryer. Premium cable/YouTube TV/high-speed Wi-Fi. 1 off street parking space.
We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via phone, text, or the Airbnb app. Expect a quick and prompt response. We give our guests space but are available for every inquiry.
Candler Park / Lake Claire area
Leafy Candler Park is a quiet, largely residential neighborhood, with late-19th- and early-20th-century homes. Community events are often held at landscaped Candler Park, which has a golf course, playground and swimming pool. Trails wind past outdoor art installations in adjacent Freedom Park. Lake Claire is a neighborhood on the east side of Atlanta, Georgia, United States, comprising approximately 1,200 homes. It is situated entirely in the DeKalb County side of the city, east of Candler Park, north of Kirkwood, west of Decatur, and south of Druid Hills.
Access to the property is from the alley behind the main house on Dekalb. Use Casson St to get to the alley directly behind Dekalb Ave. There is ONE designated, off street parking spot for you to park directly in front of the yellow garage door labeled # E (do not park to the left or right of the garage door). There is also plenty of street parking available on Casson or Mathews if needed. The front door is on the first floor.
You can access your space 24/7 via our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. This unit is exclusively yours without interruption during your stay. So relax, unwind and make yourself at home.
