There is currently a hot tub in the pool area, and it is operational. However, please note that if it becomes non-functional, it will not be available for use. The hot tub has been removed from the listing, as it is scheduled to be permanently removed after September 3, 2025.

Therefore, it is not considered part of the property’s amenities. Any reservations accepted after May 1, 2025, should understand that access to the hot tub is not guaranteed, and guests with reservations after September 3, 2025, will not have access to it at all.

these components are often the first to malfunction in refrigerators, especially with frequent use. Please note that we are not responsible if the ice maker is not working during your stay. In most cases, repairing the ice maker would require replacing the entire refrigerator, which isn’t practical.

The ice maker is not listed as part of the included amenities, so it is not guaranteed.

Property layout, appliances, décor, wall colors, flooring, improvements, and major changes are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Elevator Notice
The elevator is not part of the amenities and will remain locked, and all guests must have the ability to climb stairs.

Guests may add elevator access for a fee of $150 under the following conditions:
The elevator may only be used by adult guests.
Young children under 14 years old should not use the elevator alone and must be accompanied by an adult.
The elevator must not be used for luggage or heavy lifting.

We are not responsible for any issues, damages, or misuse resulting from improper operation of the elevator.

The elevator will only be available to guests who booked the property before June 1, 2025. For reservations made after June 1, 2025, the elevator will not be open or operational regardless of needs, unless the guest adds it for the additional $150 fee under the above conditions.

Fantastic Family Vacation

Can’t say enough about this beautiful home! Beautifully decorated and clean! Our family of 10 had plenty of room with the added bonus of everyone having their own bathroom! The 2 full sized refrigerators and a wet bar with a sink and an ice maker were an extra bonus as well. Plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy meals together at the extra large dining table. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the balcony from our master bedroom with views of the ocean. Pool view from the other master bedroom was very nice. Did I mention private pool! Absolutely loved this. Nice for a break from the heat or just a nice relaxing night swim. We normally stay oceanfront when we visit beaches, so this was a first for us to stay across the street, but having a beach access literally across the street made this SO easy to get to the beach. No driving or fighting for a parking spot! The Garden City Pier was just a short walk on the beach. We had breakfast on the pier a couple mornings (can’t remember the name of the little restaurant) but it was delicious. At night, our grown children would walk there to enjoy the arcade and live music. There are also gift shops across from the pier and a wonderful little coffee shop. Zach was very prompt in answering any questions I had. Good instructions on checking in and checking out. Loved this beach and location! Very family friendly! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful home

We really enjoyed our stay at your home! Upon arrival everything was clean and inviting. We had plenty of space for everyone! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sitting on the rocking chairs outside. We will most definitely stay again!

Annual Reunion Weekend

We are a group of 6 college friends that get together for a long weekend each year in various locations. This house was perfect for us. It was clean, spacious, and the bed/bath situation was perfect. We have some physical challenges in our group, so the elevator was important. Although we did not use them, having the private pool and hot tub available was nice. The views from the front of the house were wonderful even though we were second row. Beach access was so easy - right across the street. Close to all the great restaurants in Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island. Pawleys Island shops are close as is Brookgreen Gardens. Really just a great house and location all around! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this house again if we come back to this area!
