Lyxig designvilla med 4 sovrum med privat uppvärmd pool - 100 meter från en privat strand. (huset är den tredje tillbaka från stranden.) Huset är vackert inredda och sover 10. De två vingarna är idealiska för 2 familjer, eftersom varje vinge har ett sovrum och ett rum för barn och ett badrum. Det moderna designerköket och det stora bekväma vardagsrummet ligger i mitten av huset, som skiljer de två vingarna och båda öppnar mot den mycket privata verandan och den uppvärmda poolen.

Vero Beach är en härlig exklusiv semesterort, strax norr om Palm Beach. Förutom att koppla av vid din privata uppvärmda pool, eller ta långa promenader på vår vackra strand, kan du njuta av aktiviteter i området som golf, tennis, shopping, båtliv, vattenskoter och mer.

Huset ligger ungefär 1 1/2 timme från Disney World i Orlando - du kan njuta av parkerna i några dagar, sedan komma tillbaka och koppla av vid poolen och stranden!

Excellent Experience

We enjoyed our three week stay at this beautiful modern home. The back yard is 100% private and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare any type of meal. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Most of them will deliver to this house. The host is very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back soon.

Everything We Were Looking for...

We spent two weeks and had a wonderful time. The house is on a quiet street. The beach is a 1 minute walk away and we were usually the only person there. The backyard is 100% private. We felt comfortable letting our child run around and have fun. The property manager is very friendly and helpful. We had no problem getting Door Dash or Walmart to to deliver food/groceries to this location. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Outstanding Property

We planned a family vacation at this property. Everyone from age 7 to 80 LOVED the house. The word "luxury" gets thrown around a lot - this listing truly lived up to the word. It was immaculately clean and perfectly stocked, from towels to beach chairs to cooking implements. The pool was gorgeous and when the listing says it is steps from the beach - it is quite literally steps from the beach. The living room has big comfy couches for movie nights and conversation. Every bedroom was beautiful. The host was warm and friendly - check-in and out were a breeze. We are already talking about planning more trips to this house! Thank you, Elizabeth, for such a wonderful week.

Unbelievable!

Words can’t describe how perfect this home was for our family vacation! Very well stocked with anything you might need. Two minute stroll to a VERY private and gorgeous beach. The pool in the backyard feels very secluded and so nice to have right at your fingertips. Large dining table for the whole family. We had a blast doing late night family game nights. We had groceries and pizza delivered right to us. Cute shopping and restaurants just a ten minute drive away. AMAZING hostess and incredibly responsive. I think we spent the majority of our trip just gushing over how PERFECT this house/spot was for us. Most definitely recommend!!

Family Vacation In Vero

The house was a perfect setup with the 3 access points in the back! Just about everything we needed was there, only things we were “missing” was foil or plastic wrap, kids utensils (we had 2 kids under 3,) and a rubber spatula for when we made brownies. Other than that, there were plenty of chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, etc. Elizabeth and Norm were great hosts, welcoming and accommodating at every turn. We had an unfortunate encounter with “no see-ums” bugs or sand fleas but I’m sure this is seasonal and we didn’t let it ruin our time! Next time we will be prepared with some spray. Our kids loved finding coconuts in the yard and swimming for hours in the pool! We brought a few rafts from home which were great for adults to relax for an evening swim. All around a beautiful house, beautiful private beach and great memories were made!

Perfect getaway

The home fit our entire family very well - 4 adults and our 5 children. Well stocked with everything you would need. Great location and you can even hear the beach while sitting on the pool deck.

Great Stay in Vero Beach

This was our second trip to Vero Beach and our first time staying at this property. I, along with my wife, our two young children and my wife's parents all stayed at the house. There was plenty of space for all of us with room to spare. The house / property is set in a great location - a quiet ocean block with only a dozen or so single family homes on the street. The home is set just two properties back from the beach. It was clean, with plenty of space and beautiful back yard, pool and covered patio/veranda directly off the kitchen and living areas. The house is equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Elizabeth was a terrific host - she contacted me to make sure we arrived safely and again during our stay to make sure we were enjoying (which we were). The beach was terrific... beautiful and we had it pretty much to ourselves during our entire stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect island getaway

A fabulous house for a family get together !

This property was well stocked with anything and everything a family would need . The layout afforded privacy with two master bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. Any easy and very short walk to the beach . We will return !

Two Quiet Weeks in Paradise

The house has everything you need for a successful relaxing vacation. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. The beach was clean and quiet. The pool was warm and private. We ordered amazing food from local restaurants via DoorDash and ate under the veranda while our kid played in the pool. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Family Vacay

The house was perfect for when just my husband and I were there and for when our daughter, son in law and 2 year old grandson arrived. We were so happy to have the fence around the pool, and happy to be able to use the pool without the fence as well. Two bedrooms are on each side of the house which allowed for privacy for both families. The beach was lovely and just a short walk from the house. The owner was exceptionally responsive. We highly recommend this house.

Amazing Three Week Get Away

This house is worth it. The layout enabled us to have friends at one end and family at the other end. The back yard has complete privacy. I felt comfortable allowing my young child to run around and have fun. We were often the only people on the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. We used the coffee grinder and coffee pot everyday. Vero Beach has a lot of great restaurants. We had no problem with food and grocery deliveries. The house is very quiet. The neighbors are friendly. We had no problems during our stay. We have stayed here multiple times in the past and plan to stay in the future.

The house is casual and yet beautiful with high ceilings and high end finishes throughout. The layout - with two bedrooms on either side of the main living areas (kitchen and living room) makes it an ideal vacation home for 2 families.
