Lyxvilla Karteros

Luxury Villa Karteros är en lyxig bostad på 3 000 kvadratmeter, 300 m. från havet, bara 3 km från Heraklion flygplats och 7 km från staden Heraklion.

Det består av två våningar (350 kvadratmeter bostadsyta) byggda i en unik stil med varje rum som erbjuder en kombination av traditionell och modern dekoration med handplockad originalkonst.

Byggd ovanpå en privat kulle, erbjuder vår lyxvilla en underbar panoramautsikt över Egeiska havet och bergen i söder och väster. Du kan njuta av den vackra utsikten över stranden, den stora trädgården, poolen och de underbara omgivningarna, från de 2 stora terrasserna på första våningen och 2 mindre balkonger på andra våningen.
Det fullt utrustade huset ligger på andra och tredje våningen, kopplat till en uppsättning trätrappa. Det mesta av golvet är av trä och innehåller klassiska möbler av hög kvalitet.

På andra våningen finns 2 stora vardagsrum med öppen spis, ett matrum, ett fullt utrustat kök med alla moderna bekvämligheter, ett studierum med en enkelsäng och en toalett.
Den tredje våningen har 3 sovrum, varav två har balkonger med fantastisk utsikt. Det finns två badrum med badkar på denna våning, ett av dem del av en separat lägenhet (med sovrummet), och erbjuder också en badtunna (jacuzzi).

Hela huset har centralvärme. De två sovrummen, hallen på tredje våningen och vardagsrummet är luftkonditionerade. Fullt utrustade TV-apparater ingår i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Det finns en internetanslutning och ett larmsystem för din egen säkerhet.

Vår villa erbjuder en privat pool, ett privat gym för träning på hög nivå och grill på de två stora trädgårdarna. Privat gym inkluderar ett löpband och multifunktionsmaskiner.

Det finns också en privat parkeringsplats för dina bilar.

Great Vacation

Lovely property, very well equipped; we had a great time and left very relaxed. The host looked after us very well - we had all we needed in the fridge on arrival and she made us a meal on the evening of our arrival and kept us surprised with home cooked goodies throughout our stay.

Amazing hosting and incredible house

We were incredibly happy with the house, it was clean and the owners had made homecooked food, which was a very pleasant surprise after leaving the airport and arriving at the house. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and regularly checked on us as well as delivering food to the house for us. It was a short drive from the airport and easy to navigate to. Overall, the house and its owners definitely made our trip to Crete special.

Simply the best holiday rental

Echo all of the previous praise for this property. Esther and Nikos go out of their way to make sure you have the best holiday experience, a huge thank you to them. The property itself is outstanding, from the pool, pool table and table tennis to the immaculate and comfortable bedrooms. The 'extras' provided on arrival and throughout the stay were amazing. Can not recommended highly enough.

Very nice stay in Kerteros

Esther and Nikos have been super helpful. They were super welcoming, willing to accommodate our requests, and provided helpful guidance on the neighborhood. The house is charming, very clean and we appreciated the air conditioning. We even had the luxury of tasting Esther's delicious cooking. Well done to them! We will keep great memories from this stay.

Perfect hosts and beautiful home

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Luxury Villa Karteros! Esther and Nikos greeted us with homemade treats and even stocked the house with refreshments and goodies. Their hospitality is outstanding and we felt welcomed the entire time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home is perfectly outfitted with w etching you need. The pool is refreshing and outdoor space is a slice of paradise for relaxation and fun. Highly recommend this beautiful property and amazing hosts! Thank you for sharing your home and for all the kindness and help you provided.

Great Heraklion Home!

What a wonderful vacation rental and host family! Beautiful home… so comfortable and well appointed! They literally thought of everything we might need to make our Heraklion vacation perfect. We arrived in the early evening after a long day of travel and were greeted by Esther and her family. We were so excited to see that we had a delicious homemade Greek dinner waiting for us! Also a fresh pot of coffee as we needed a little pick me up. We so appreciated the hospitality. I can’t think of anything at all that could have made our stay more perfect. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Heraklion… you won’t be disappointed!

First class Hostess and villa

We have just completed the most relaxing holiday ever. Ester was in touch with us before our arrival and made everything so smooth. We we're greeted by Ester and her son Nikos on arrival and we're greeted by lots of Goodies. Homemade meal, wine and fully stocked fridge and pantry. Which was much appreciated Easy location for activities ( we hired a car) but also on a bus route. The view's are amazing . We wanted for nothing with extra treats dropped off all week . There is a Lidl close by for any extra shopping needed. The pool was a Very welcome addition in the intense heat of the day, as was the Aircon. A stunning villa with the most amazing Hosts. Highly recommended. You Will not find more attentive hosts than Ester and Nikos. 5***

Fantastic vacation in Iraklio/ vacances fantastiques à Héraklion

We just came back in Canada, after a 2 week stay at Villa Karteros. This villa is a WONDERFUL place to stay for families. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and clean, and there is plenty of room to accomodate even a very big family. The pictures do not give justice to this home at all. It has high end furniture and household appliances. Moreover, the kitchen is very very well equiped. Outside the house, everything has been thought of to provide a relaxing and comfortable environment for the guests. There are many covered areas that provide shade when needed (with sofas, a dining table, ping pong table, pool table, etc.) The pool is quite big and very well maintained. In addition to the above-mentioned comments about the Villa, I have to underline the great hospitality and remarkable generosity of the hosts. They did everything possible to make our holidays in Kriti unforgettable. They cooked cretan traditional meals and desserts for us and we were even lucky enough to taste the wine they are making. Honestly, they made us feel at home and were always available whenever we needed an advice or help during our stay. Awesome Place with lovely owners

Our visit at this wonderful villa couldn’t have been better. It’s a super comfortable place with literally everything that you need. Besides the owners are super kind and welcoming. We even received some delicious home cooked meals by them! What we were most happy about was, that the place was super clean and tidy when we arrived. There is also direct bus connection to Heraklion center as well as a 10min walk to the beach. 10/10 would recommend to stay in Luxury Villa Karteros if you’re seeking an enjoyable place to relax.

Un séjour 5*

Bonjour, Nous avons passé 11 jours en famille avec jeunes de 18ans et 1 ado de 14. Pour faire court, il ne manque rien dans cette maison. On se croirait chez soi....en mieux même....piscine...salle de sport... ping pong....billard....panier de basket !!! Quand à la maison, au top, des volumes très agréables, de très belles chambres, salle de bains douche en nombre...et la cerise sur la gâteau, ce sont les propriétaires, Esthir, Helias et Nikos ont été incroyables. Outre les bons conseils sur les choses à voir absolument, restaurants...ils nous ont fait découvrir leurs spécialités culinaires... leurs figues fraîches....et autres breuvages maison !!!🤩 Un séjour inoubliable. Nous recommandons à 1000%. Un immense Merci à vous 3.

Un superbe séjour

Logement très très agréable. À quelques minutes du centre d'Heraklion, très bien équipé, spacieux, sans oublier le superbe jardin et la piscine bien sécurisée. Bref. Parfait pour un séjour avec enfants De plus Esther et sa famille sont très réactifs et sympathiques, bienveillant et généreux. Je recommande vivement ce logement

Superbe séjour inoubliable

Nous avons loué cette villa du 19 au 27 juillet 2018. La villa est exceptionnelle ,bien équipée et fonctionnelle ,spacieuse et accueillante mais cela n’est rien comparé à l’accueil des propriétaires qui sont venus nous chercher dès notre arrivée à l’aéroport. Ils ont été attentifs à nos moindres besoins,nous connaissions déjà l’hospitalité grecque mais Esther et Helias nous ont montré que l’hospitalité crétoise est nettement supérieure. Esther à été aux petits soins pour nous en nous mijotant des petits plats faits maison. Quand nous reviendrons en Crête , il va de soi que nous retournerons chez eux sans hésitation! Merci encore à Esther pour tout! Superbe séjour. Benoit et Yasmina.
