Poor communication, I sent several messages the months leading up to my stay without response. The property was not well cleaned, trash on the floor and hair on the bathrooms

The house was tidy, but being 6’7” I can tell short house keepers are utilized by seeing dust and grease where maybe many don’t. All of the ac/heat ducts in the house look like they haven’t been cleaned in many years. House is old, so settling has resulted in walls that aren’t square and some uneven floors. This is evidenced by tv in living room (only one in house) being mounted crooked as well as many light fixtures and shower glass which results in water leaking onto floor in bathroom. Yard was overgrown and lots of weeds resulting in many mosquitos. Also failed to mention house sits right next to busy street so lots of traffic noise in evening and morning when trying to sleep (only seems applicable to one room). Home is spacious, and well furnished. Could really shine with a bit more effort.

Our family stayed while in the area for the weekend. The house is clean and well ordered. The beds are nice and comfy. The only minor issue is fruit flies were prevalent. Id book this property again for sure.

Nice house with plenty of space

I stayed one night while visiting Stone Mountain. The house is located nearby and a 30 minute commute to the airport, which is nice. Clean place with a spacious living room, 3 bathrooms and easy parking. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Home was very nice, it was clean. I loved the place honestly, only issue I had was there being no TV’s in any of the bedrooms. Besides that, home was 10/10.

The property was not ready on the date and time reserved. The host had not contacted me prior to check in. Had to call VRBO to get in touch with the host. The host then informed me that they did not know there was a reservation scheduled for 11/26/25. The host stated the property had not been cleaned and would not be ready until 7:00 pm. My family and other quests had just driven 8 hours only to be told we could not check in until 7pm. A partial refund was offered, but has of yet had not received or been contacted on a refund. Once we were able to check in found there was only a minimal amount of towels, 6. only bedspreads on the the beds, had to call to get more blankets. Overall was not happy with the condition of the property and the fact the host did bother to contact me until after I had contacted VRBO
