Utsikt över sjön från det främre solskärmsrummet. Ligger mittemot sjön enda båt lansering! ... Gångavstånd till många bekvämligheter, nattliv, restauranger, presentbutiker osv .... 'Sparka upp dina fötter och slappna av! '... Enorm fastighet med en mycket lugn miljö där du kan "handmata" hjorten strax utanför den bakomskärmade verandan!
Mitt hem är väldigt inbjudande och avkopplande .... Interiören består av all knutig tall och vackra ombehandlade trägolv. (Som visas i bilder) .. Det är inredning som består av en riktig fjällsjön hem. Det passar verkligen kriterierna om du vill ha den verkliga bergsupplevelsen! ..
Nykonstruerat badrum, 4 sovrum, 2 queen size-sängar, 1 fullständig och uppsättning våningssängar ... Nedervåningen finns mattor, barområde, stor TV och biljardbord! ... 'Inget behov av att köra. '... Spara din $ $ $ och ha kul hemma !!!
Det finns en "gas" spis i vardagsrummet precis i tid för det kalla vintervädret! ..Så när du kommer in från en kall dag i sluttningarna, bara slå på spisen och koppla upp med en bra film från min DVD-samling! ..Du behöver inte krånga med rörigt ved !! ..
Gott om parkering! ..2 bilgarage för vinter och uppfart har ytterligare 4 till 5 utrymmen för besökare, båtar, vattenskidor etc.
Jag har nyligen konstruerat en stor uteplats med trädgård komplett med en grill, picknickbord, 2 personer skuggad uteplats swing, ytterligare sittgrupp med en ny spis och bänkar. (Glöm inte marshmallows för barnen! ).
Sommar, ta med din egen båt eller använd en av våra "gratis!".Fiske har varit bra på sjön den här säsongen! .. Speciellt för 'Big mouth Bubba bass!' . Kanske få lite träning i vår Coleman-kanot komplett med paddlar! ...Jag har precis lagt till en paddelbåt som du kan bära ner till båtlanseringen cirka 100 meter bort ... Eller bara ta barnen ner till bryggan med många tillhandahållna stolpar och tackla !. SVÄMNING GÄLLER PÅ LANSERINGSOMRÅDET MEN TERMER INGEN TILLGÄNG TILL EN STRANDOMRÅDE

Ours was a two week stay and like last year we had a wonderful time! Everything from check-in to checking out went smoothly. Heather is quick to get back to you if there is a question. WiFi access is good--my husband was able to work from the house without a problem. The house is quiet, nicely decorated and has pretty much everything you would need during your stay, including a canoe, kayaks and paddle boards. We loved the fact that it’s a short walk to several restaurants—and (unfortunately!) Hog Heaven Ice Cream. Looking forward to our next stay already!

Great place for a family vacation.

The house is clean and roomy offering plenty of space to relax and have fun for both the adults and kids. The location is perfect with restaurants within walking distance and the mountain just a short drive. Highly recommend this home. Wodefinitely

Family Ski Trip

Beautiful, clean, updated house with all amenities. Heather was responsive and helpful before and during our trip. Great location- close to water park, ski mountains, restaurants.

Short escape

The house looks beautiful. A lot of rooms for sleeping. Kids enjoyed playing either inside the house and outside on the snow. Dog friendly. Short distance to snow tubing . Perfect communication with The owners of property. Definitely coming back. I’d recommend this house to anyone.

Perfect Lake House !

This home was very clean, extremely roomy and the location to Big Boulder is fantastic. It’s about a 3 minute drive to the slopes! There are plenty of restaurants nearby (walking distance, especially in the warmer months). We had a great stay!

Perfect getaway

Heather & Bill's place is the perfect lake getaway house. Heather was very quick to answer any questions I had. Location is great. Short walk to nearby restaurants and the lake. The house has everything you need. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed for dinner, some rentals lack in this department. The teenagers kept busy with the table games and being outside. The downstairs was the perfect spot for them to hang out. House was very clean. I surprised my husband for his birthday with this getaway. We will consider this home again if we return to Lake Harmony. My daughters already asked to return :) Thank you Heather & Bill!!

First time using Vrbo couldn’t say how easy it was! The property that we rented was exactly what was stated, extremely clean, had everything that u needed to enjoy your stay. Very comfortable and welcoming. Location was great definitely walking distance to restaurants and gift shop. We really enjoyed feeding the deers they visited the property everyday. I would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Mommies weekend

The house was AMAZING! Everything was clean and perfect. The owners had everything that 5 moms could need in a kitchen!! The view of the lake from the front enclosed porch and the chairs on the steps up to the house was soo peaceful!! Our weekend was incredibly relaxing!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Wonderful, relaxing getaway for a few days

Beautiful property and great location! The house looked just like the photos and was within walking distance to the few restaurants at Lake Harmony. It's a short drive to Hickory Run which was nice, and the owner had a board full of restaurants, places to visit, etc. that we definitely took of advantage of for ideas (along with a basket full of brochures, magazines, etc. of things to do in the Poconos). It was the perfect place to come back to and relax in after a day of hiking and exploring. Added bonus was the family of deer that came by the house each morning and afternoon for a bit. We would definitely rent this house again!

Girls Weekend Away

Second time staying at this lovely property. Perfect girls’ weekend away in the Fall season to celebrate two birthdays. House is very clean and has a nice backyard area with deer who came by to visit for a bit. We’ll be back again!

Perfect house! Everything was better than expected

We had an amazing vacation at this lovely Lake Harmony house. It is on the quiet side of the lake. A safe walk to restaurant and ice cream. Easy parking. You can see the lake from the porch and the little table in the front. We walked the canoe down to the lake for some time on the water. The house has a great layout where we had a lot of common space: large table, big sofas, wonderful backyard. The rooms were also great for private time. There is a bathroom on each floor with the half bath on the top floor. Lastly, the house and yard are beautifully decorated. We felt at home AND on vacation from the moment we walked in.

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in Lake Harmony with my parents, adult daughter and our two corgis. The house is a very short walk to not only the boat ramp, but to most restaurants in Lake Harmony. Enjoyed the live music at Nick’s on a number of nights! The street the house is on was nice to walk the dogs…not a lot of traffic. The house has been beautifully renovated and is quite comfortable. There are quite a few stairs to get to the main floor, both out front and through the garage/basement, so those who have mobility issues might have a tough time. We never felt on top of one another, there was enough room to spread out and do a puzzle, watch TV or read. The bedrooms are all separated to provide privacy or not hear the others snoring :) They all have AC and TVs. The kitchen is new and well stocked for those who like to prepare meals at home. Several nights we used the fire pit and did some stargazing. There was a Mama deer and her two fawns that would play amongst the trees and ferns behind the house. They were so cute! We did have a couple of hiccups with the AC (user error) and the internet (storms) but Heather was quick to respond to my questions. This was probably the best house we have rented in all the years we have been vacationing in the Poconos. Great house for families!

Perfect 80th Birthday Weekend

There were 8 family members celebrating my dad's 80th birthday. Heather's home was perfect. We had more than enough room for everyone. Heather made my planning process so easy. She was quick to respond to my many questions. Lol The attention to detail of this home is amazing. The backyard is fantastic. We spent alot of time out there. This house is so close to the restuarants and lake. We will definitely be back. I am not even going to waste my time looking at other homes. Thank you Heather for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Lake Harmony has been a beautiful retreat for our family to share for many decades..We have a very quaint, tight knit community at the lake..Many of us have lived here a long time in which we passed down our homes for many generations..Lake Harmony is one of the first established lake communities in the Pocono mountains..You will feel heart-warming upon entering our community!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

My home will be renovated inside and out. The only thing original is the dining room table that all renters love. We spend a lot of time on the front sun-room in Summer as well in the Winter...We have a glimmer of the lake located across the street...Our property consists of huge Hemlock trees, rhododendron trees, mountain laurel. ferns, etc...The deer are soo tame here you can hand-feed them out in the back yard! They come begging anytime, day or night...Don't forget to bring some extra snacks for them.. It doesn't get any better than this!!!....I promise!!
