The full-floor condo has unobstructed ocean views from its spacious common areas located on the north ocean corner and facing Los Muertos beach and the pier. The open floor plan layout includes the oversized living room with 2 couches and additional chairs, the dining room with glass table and seating for 6, the large-scale light-filled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seat, and the private oceanfront shaded terrace with a dining table and lounge seating, perfect to enjoy all day long and into the evening .

The primary bedroom, located on the south oceanfront corner, offers a king bed, private oceanfront terrace, and oversized bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The second bedroom is equally grand, with two queen beds, a desk space, oceanfront bay windows, and an ocean facing bathroom with a walk-in shower. The smaller third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ensuite access to a bathroom, and a small window facing the interior side of the building.

The building itself has overnight security, a large infinity pool shared by only five unique units that overlooks the ocean and space to entertain. Beach access is via a stairwell that goes right from the pool down to the beach.

CONSTRUCTION NOISE
A new luxury condominium tower may be under construction next door to this property. There will be various levels of construction noise heard from Monday to Friday 8 am - 6 pm and Saturdays 8 am - 2 pm. Construction noise will be most noticeable in the primary bedroom and bathroom which have windows directly facing the construction site.

We have adjusted our rental rates to account for the possibility of construction noise during your stay.. The current rates reflect a 20% DISCOUNT to accommodate for this inconvenience. Please only rent this condo if you believe you can still have a five star experience with possible construction next door, given the discounted pricing.

STAIRS: This hillside condo is suited to guests who have no difficulty climbing stairs. A flight of stairs separates our building`s elevator lobby from the street level. There is an elevator from the lobby down to our condo level, but the pool is three levels below our condo, accessed via stairs only and the sandy beach is accessible via stairs down from the pool level.
