Denna nya på marknaden, är vackra hem ligger i Greenwood Forest området Sea Pines Plantation på 90 Forest Drive. Detta är den idealiska hyra för en aktiv familj som vill tillbringa tid på stranden, ridning cyklar, spela golf eller tennis, eller bara vill koppla av i en privat miljö. Ligger en mil, eller under en 20 minuters promenad till Sea Pines Beach Club hittar du tillgång till stranden, en liten presentbutik, duschar och toalettbesök samt ett café för mellanmål, lunch och drycker. Detta är det perfekta sättet att tillbringa en dag på stranden! Greenwood Forest har också en egen pool, tennisbana och lekplats som är bara några minuter bort med cykel, bil eller till fots. I slutet av en dag njuter av allt som Sea Pines och Hilton Head har att erbjuda kan du koppla av på den stora privata däck och njut av Hot Springs-badtunnan som är försänkt i däcken.

Effektiv 23 mars 2019 - 2 september 2019 har Sea Pines Resort meddelat att de inte längre tillåter uthyrningsgäster att parkera på strandklubben eller plantageklubbflödet. I stället har de etablerat ett trollysystem som går direkt från ett bestämt parti till stranden och tillbaka kontinuerligt mellan 9:00 och 17:00. We were thrilled with our rental house! Location was very quiet, but very short drive or bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club, Harbour Town and South Beach Marina. Steven was SO helpful!

We had a great time at "A Quiet Place!" :)

Our family stayed at this beautiful home over the Fourth of July week. As busy as it was all over Sea Pines and Hilton Head Island, our stay was quiet and peaceful! We took advantage of the pool pass and enjoyed the calm and isolated neighborhood pool. We found it easy enough to get around by catching the trolley at the Sea Pines Center. The neighborhood itself provided the perfect environment for leisurely strolls around the circle. The grill worked well for us, and we also enjoyed the hot tub! There was an issue with the hot tub cover when we arrived, but the management team promptly addressed it shortly after our arrival. Overall, we found the management helpful but not intrusive. We highly recommend this home for your future stay on Hilton Head Island!

Great plqce

Older house that is well maintained with newer kitchen and appliances. Plenty of space. AC worked great, all kitchen appliances worked great, washer and dryer worked great. Great hot water and water pressure. Would stay again. Only minor complaint is hot tub cover was broke so hot tub was hard to keep clean of tree debris. Management company aware and fixing.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at “A quiet place”. It truly was a peaceful and serene location. The beds were slightly on the harder side as other reviews have said but we were so wore out from biking all day it didn’t even bother us.

Great place to stay

This house had everything we needed. Plenty of room for four adults and four children (2-4 years old) and the jacuzzi was a nice benefit. The location was good as well. Would likely stay here again in the future.

Great relaxing Family getaway, great location

This home is perfect for a family! Tons of room, very open, very clean, great location in Sea Pines-less than 5 min by car to beach, can walk or drive to pool/park down street, and close to many restaurants. Relax in the nice hot tub in the evening.

A Quiet Place Perfection

This was the perfect rental for us! Great location within Sea Pines, central to everything and felt very private. Despite being pretty close to neighboring houses and close to Greenwood drive, we felt like we were in our own Oasis. The house was super clean and had all of the amenities we needed for a long holiday weekend. The hot tub was a great bonus! Check-in/check-out was easy and communication was great. We would definitely book through iTrip HHI again!

Great Getaway

Family Easter Weekend Get Away

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful 3-bedroom house rental on Hilton Head Island, and our experience surpassed all expectations. Great location in Sea Pines

We really enjoyed our stay. Our house was located right off of bike trail-where you can bike throughout Sea Pines, close to the Shops at Sea Pines-we went to the Farmers market and it was wonderful, and Lawton stables where my kids loved to ride and feed the animals. We liked the accessibility to everything, especially the Forest Preserve and beach, we barely needed a car.

Spring Getaway

Great place. Loved the space and especially the hot tub. Proximity to beach and harbor town was ideal. Quiet place and access to pool and tennis was nice. Just a few minor things to note: A bit closer to Greenwood than I anticipated so that we could hear the cars driving by (that is on us because I could have looked at a map more closely than I did); we saw a few cockroaches (but we know that is part of being in the south)and beds were uncomfortable. We would happily stay here again.

Great property - very clean.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Property was clean and location was great. Seeing as it was our first trip to HH and Sea Pines, we could have used a bit more information on the shuttle system- for example, the closest stop from this property to go to the beach or Harbor Town. We figured this out once we got ourselves more acquainted with the area but would have helped that first day. Also, my only complaint was the beds- mattresses need replacing in my opinion. Overall, we’d definitely choose this property again!

Sunrise

90 Forest Drive is a lovely, comfortable home. The deck is great for sipping a cup of coffee or glass of wine while savoring a good book. This was our first time staying in Sea Pines, and once we figured out the bike path system, everything was great. We saw some glorious sunrises, enjoyed lots of delicious meals, and just basked in the natural beauty of HHI. (We even had a close encounter with some startled deer as we biked down a pre-dawn path to greet the sunrise.) We would love to stay here again soon!
