Whether you're in town for a conference, enjoying a game, or exploring the city’s rich history, everything you seek is easily accessible.
Indulge in the luxury of premium linens and down comforters, featuring high thread count duvets, meticulously refreshed for each guest!
Building Access: To enter the building and your unit, all guests must download the Grata App on your mobile device. We recommend doing this before you arrive to make your check-in process quick and easy!
Pool: Our pool is open seasonally from May to November. Please note that pool hours may vary, and we kindly ask you to respect our pool rules for everyone's safety and enjoyment.
Pool Schedule:
Weekdays (Mon–Fri): 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Sunday: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

The bathrooms have been completely redesigned to offer a stylish and spa-like ambiance.
We provide plush bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels for your comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel sink, refrigerator, and a coffee machine stocked with sugar and cream.
Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay. If you forget your toiletries, there’s no need to worry—we offer shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.
Smart TVs support multi-streaming, while the loft-style bedrooms feature high-quality king mattresses and easily accessible closets..
