This bright, modern townhouse is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from the charming town of Niwot (7 minutes), downtown Longmont (10 min), a short drive to Boulder (15-20 minutes) or the awe-inspiring Rocky Mountain National Park (45 minutes).
