Best birthday ever!!

We had 10 people there for my 70th birthday. It was a great location and the condo was immaculate!! Everything was perfect. Comfy beds, all the amenities and right on the beach. We all had a wonderful time and could not have asked for better accommodations.

The property was beautiful! The views from the balcony can't be beat! The only complaint we had was how filthy the jetted tub was. We did reach out to the host with our concerns which went unanswered for over 24 hours. Once we heard back Patty stated she would have housekeeping come clean it however they never showed up and we were unable to use it for the duration of our stay. While that little hiccup was disappointing, we had a fabulous time and made use of the rest of the amenities. The heater was also broken in the hot tub, but we spent most of our time in the pool or on the beach, so it wasn't that big of a concern. Overall we would definitely stay with them again.

This property was exactly as promised. It was very clean, had great sleeping options, comfortable living room and balcony seating. We did make one call to maintenance for a washing machine issue which was resolved super fast! Thank you for sharing this incredible property with us! We cannot wait to return!

Beautiful condo!!

I can’t say enough about our stay. The beds are very comfortable, the condo was very clean and had very nice appliances. Very roomy and beautifully decorated!! Wonderful views!! Would definitely rent again!!

Love this place !!!

We loved this condo for many reasons…. Super clean, great communication with owner, great comfy couch, loved the large dinning table, beds were super comfortable, and great small appliances we needed, super easy checkout, would definitely stay there again!

Beautifully decorated condo. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. We had a great trip. Host was very quickly to respond to messages. Would highly recommend this condo.

Perfection on Perdido

This property perfectly accommodated iur family of 9. Three full bathrooms were amazing. The verandas extended living space. The kitchen set up was optimal and seating was great for meals. Access to beach and pool so easy. Location was easy for grocery store and all essentials. Would stay again and hard to leave!

Family Beach Vacation

Nicely decorated, modern, clean, accommodating, convenient with fob bracelet entry, spacious, parking was no issue and I have a large truck, easy access to nice pool and beach, Publix very close by, had all essential amenities, a variety of restaurants/ice cream across the street, great view from the 9th floor beach/ocean side; one negative is you can't sit in front of the paid beach chairs (on the water line)...however, guy managing that service was great...no complaints and I've been to many beach condos. Highly recommend as well as the owners!

Nicely arranged condo

We do this every summer and this unit was perfect for us. There was plenty of room and a nice pool area. The biggest drawback was parking which is minor. The 2 bunk beds in one room was great for the grandkids. The ice maker couldn’t keep up with us, but there’s a machine to buy ice on the property. Nespresso instead of keurig, though.

Wonderful Perdido Key vacation

The condo is beautiful. I love that we had an end unit and balconies on the oceanfront, back and sides. The pools are very nice and we all enjoyed them. The beach is beautiful. I have been to many beaches in Florida and the private beach with chair/umbrella rentals was new for me. We could walk along the beach and that was great. My adult son is attending training in Pensacola so this was perfect for his daily drive to work during our visit. Thank you for a beautiful condo, we had all that we needed for cooking and enjoying family time.

Great place to stay!

The condo itself was so nice, clean, big, and had everything we needed plus some. Not the best place to have toddlers since there was a lot of decor that they wanted to keep their hands on. But it was decorated bright and beautiful! Elevators were fast and easy to access. Parking was a little packed since it was Fourth of July weekend but there was extra parking across the street. The pool and beach was amazing! We didn’t have any issues that we needed to contact the owners but I received multiple ways to contact them and received all the information we needed! Our family really enjoyed our stay!

Overall the property itself is very nice this is our second time staying at Palacio. As far as this specific condo went we went two days without AC. The AC was froze up when we got there and it took two days for it to thaw out. While the property manager had good communication we feel this is something that should have been checked before we got there. The condo is very comfortable and very spacious as well. The balcony view is great on both sides and other than the AC issues we were very comfortable with our stay.

The AC was checked as part of normal pre-arrival inspection. The AC was not frozen prior to your arrival. It got froze during your stay due to the thermostat being turned way to low after your arrival. We did work diligently to get the unit unfrozen, but unfortunately it does take time. We have stayed at Perdido key in Palacio units for years. We love it here! This particular unit is very nice. It’s a corner unit which is the best for great ocean views. We loved the kid room with two bunk beds! Please know that this condo is FULL of Knick knacks which are cute however, if you have small children are a nightmare. We had to carefully collect all the items and hide themIn one closet so they wouldn’t get accidentally broken. This was a pain and took storage away from us. The other negative of this unit was the owners locked us out of the large master closet. We had no where to hang up our clothes and keep our suitcases. Every time we’ve stayed at Palacio in other units we have had access to that closet. We know that the owners lock a few small closets for their belongings but it was annoying not to have the master walk in. The condo overall was well stocked and the kitchen was updated and beautiful! We throughly enjoyed our stay and even were able to extend for one extra day. I definitely would stay at the Palacio again but maybe not this unit if you have small children and want use of the master closet.

We had a great time! The condo is a perfect location. Easy access to pool and beach. Right across the street from a good restaurant and shopping. Furnishings and fixtures were all in good repair. Highly recommend!
