Set in a tranquil neighborhood with lush surroundings, The Holiday Haus combines the comforts of home with the natural beauty of lake living and resort-style amenities.

The Space
This stylish 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests, offering plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The open living room invites you to unwind in front of a large Smart TV, with plenty of seating and large windows that bring in ample natural light and captivating lake views. The living space flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to prepare family meals, including a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and all cooking essentials. Dining together is easy at the large dining table or outside on the deck, which is perfect for BBQs and overlooks the beachside fire pit.
The home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet, central heating & A/C, softened well water, a full-size washer & dryer, and Smart TVs with steaming capabilities.
Bedroom Layout:
• Main Bedroom: King-sized bed, cozy seating area, room darkening privacy shades, Smart TV, dresser, dimmable bedside lamps with USB charging capabilities, and a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet.
• Queen Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, blackout shade, dresser, nightstands, reading lamps with USB charging capabilities, a spacious closet with room for suitcases and clothes hangers, across the hall from a full bathroom.
• Double Twin Bedroom: Thoughtfully decorated with two plush twin-sized beds, soft pillows, blackout shade, a nightstand, USB/USB-C charging capabilities, and a spacious closet with room to hang clothes or store suitcases, directly next to a full bathroom.
• Bunk Bedroom: A very spacious and secluded “second master” bedroom that has a Twin over Full bunk bed that with stairs for safety and convenience, and a full-sized convertible couch and extra bedding, Smart TV, and cozy reading nook that doubles as a second living space – perfect for kids or a small family with a full ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. Plenty of closet space for hanging clothes or storing luggage.
Outdoor Fun:
The backyard is equipped with a fire pit—perfect for s’mores and star-gazing nights—and a high-performance propane grill ready for cookouts. In addition, guests are welcome to use the provided kayaks (2) and stand-up paddleboards (2) to explore the lake, while the lawn offers plenty of space for yard games or simply relaxing in the sun. Guest watercraft are *not* allowed on Canadian Lakes, but please ask about boat rentals and have the fun delivered right to our dock!

The beaches are sandy and shallow, making them a family-friendly choice for sunbathing, building sandcastles, or splashing in the lake.
• Pools and Sports: Guests can use both indoor and outdoor pools (daily guest passes available), perfect for a refreshing swim or keeping kids entertained – the indoor pool area offers a heated pool, hot tub, sauna and locker rooms, right next to a fully-equipped private fitness center. The community also boasts tennis and pickleball courts, a dog park, and miles of scenic walking trails.
• Fishing and Boating: The lake’s stocked waters make it a great spot for catch-and-release fishing. For an additional fee (please inquire prior to your stay), you may also explore the area on a rental pontoon, which is ideal for leisurely lake cruises or watersports on Canadian Lakes many all-sports lakes.

To keep the space enjoyable for everyone, please follow our house rules and respect our peaceful neighborhood:
• Quiet Hours: Observed from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain the tranquility within the community. Our neighbors are wonderful and live here year-round.
• No Large Gatherings or Parties: Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please reach out to the host if you plan on having guests over who are not registered on your reservation.
• No Smoking Allowed: To maintain a clean and welcoming environment, we do not permit smoking on the property.
• Pets: For an additional fee, we welcome up to two well-behaved and housebroken dogs under 50 pounds, and ask that you clean up after them, keep them off furniture, and bring your own bedding and towels to keep their feet clean.
• Fire Safety: Use the fire pit responsibly on the beach, do not leave the BBQ grill unattended, and please refrain from using fireworks.
• Water Safety: Life jackets are provided and required to be worn when using kayaks, paddleboards, boating, or swimming. Swim at your own risk and ensure children near water are always supervised by an adult. No guest watercraft are allowed in Canadian Lakes.
• Trash: Please place full trash bags in the black bin in the garage—never outside, as it attracts wildlife.
• Parking: The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. No overnight parking is allowed on the street.
