Välkommen till Nestucca Ridge House. En tre sovrum, 2. 5 badhus nära promenader och cykelvägar till deeded tillgång till stranden där du hittar miles av vacker strand. Huvud mot söder till Haystack Rock, Cape Kiwanda, Pelican Pub och Brewery, BJs tacos, Doryland Pizza och Kiwanda Market Deli eller söderut till Nestucca River Inlet.

Denna två våningar hus är stort och bekvämt med två sovrum ett badrum och en rymlig liten alla ligger på lägre nivå. Du hittar sovrummet med en king size-säng, kök, matplats och rymligt vardagsrum på översta våningen med öppen planlösning för att samla och njuta av minnen med familj och vänner.
Den stora privata däck har ett bord, sittplatser, en propangrill och en sydlig exponering för solsken och komfort.

Lovely and quiet neighborhood with lots of walking paths and wildlife during our stay! Loved the two separate living areas one upstairs and other downstairs. We would stay here again.

Overall it was a nice stay. The Host was easy to communicate with and checkin/checkout was a breeze. A couple of things to note. The master bedroom bathroom wasn't 100% clean (always disconcerting when there is body hair on the toilet upon arrival). Also, there were cobwebs around the fireplace downstairs, and there were things under the couches. Just makes you wonder how clean the place is overall. The kitchen sink probably just needs a full replacement (bad caulking/patch job around the edge and the faucet handle is loose), the electric tea kettle didn't work, and the only clock in the place had dead batteries. Just little things that are disappointing for the price point. On the plus side, the king bed was incredibly comfortable, it was a great dog friendly space and we loved all of the walking trails around the neighborhood and direct to the beach.

Thank you for staying with us … I am so sorry the house was not up to par for you… we are available 24/7 during your stay to address any issues that arise … when you had talked me during your stay there was no mention of any of these problems to me .. at all.. you had mentioned how wonderful the house was and told us thanks… had you brought it to our attention we could of addressed it or maybe issued a partial refund.. again we are very sorry you were unhappy and the best thing to do is message us during your stay so we can fix any issues.. we hope you will give us another chance.. Thank you

Love hearing the ocean!

Delightful property to stay in. It rained a bunch while we were there, but the roominess made it pleasant just the same. We watched Goonies within spittin' distance of Goonies Rock.

We really enjoyed our stay here, loved the central location to everything. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and a lot of space to spread out. Nice neighborhood.

Everything about this property served our family well. The kitchen was stocked well, the bathrooms had supplies. The house was clean and included a notebook with so much valuable information. I will book this house again.

Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. 3 minute drive to the beach entry and shops. Deer walked through the area. Comfortable home. The cleaner was rude as she arrived to clean.

Hi Ron, Thank you for staying with. I was there with the cleaner. And you were 30 minutes late for check out. Even after we asked you nicely to please vacate the property you still didn’t leave. After the third time of asking, you finally departed but very slowly. We were 45 minutes lates on our housekeeping. Sorry for any frustration you had with us but we were ver t nice. We only have five hours to clean the home before other guests check back in. Every minute counts. We advise you well ahead of time of when check out time is. Sorry for any inconvenience Thanks again Katie

Family get away

Great place very quiet. The kitchen was fully equiped. Very clean VBRZO. The master bedroom bathroom,needs to have a vanity cabinet and the corner sink removed.

Great For Family

Nice separated spaces for a variety of ages. Close to beach, coffee shop, and Pelican's Pub. Slightly small kitchen for the size of the house, but workable. Beautiful trails to walk your dog practically just outside the door. Master Bath not as clean as I would like, but overall the place was clean and spacious, with all the right amenities.

The house was nice overall, but definitely not set up for senior citizens. This needs to be made more apparent in the description. Also, both TV's were not normal, one a raku where you need to know your passwords, also needing to be spelled out in the house description and the other for dvd's only. The showers are both in tubs and there are not skid marks in the tubs or bars to hold onto to help you get out. Using soap provided make the bottom of the tub so slippery it was hard to get your feet under you without falling.

Nice house but needs updating & maintenance.

My stay was very good. There were somethings that I feel need mentioning. The white towels are not white and should be bleached. The carpet, especially downstairs should be taken out. It does not seem clean and sand and other things are constantly being brought in. The bedroom window screen had a big hole in it and I couldn't leave the window open. I did want bugs coming in. Other than those few things, I enjoyed the house, especially, the location.

Quiet neighborhood and nice house. Had trouble with hooking up tv’s to cable. But that was me not understanding how. Toilets plugged up a lot. But that was my only complaints. Over all had a very nice stay.
