STRICT NO PET POLICY - PETS INSIDE OUR HOME WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.
STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY - SMOKING OF ANY KIND WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.
STAYING PAST THE CHECKOUT TIME OF 11AM WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.
NO parties and NO events.
NO shoes inside.
**GARBAGE- During your stay, youâll temporarily be living in the house, and with that comes a few household responsibilities. One of these is putting out the bins on the designated garbage or recycling day if it falls within your stay. There will be a fee of $250 if the bins are not moved on time. We appreciate your help in maintaining the home!**
