No response from host

We really didn't want to leave a poor review but three months after our stay we still haven't had a response from the owner. The location of the property was great for us, we have family in the area and the check in process all went smoothly. The sofa and the bed were both super comfortable. There were issues we experienced with the property, some small maintenance issues, cleanliness issues (in particular the hot tub which was unusable) and there were things missing from the photos, e.g. a TV in the master. The price of this property was expensive considering all of these things. However our biggest issues was that the host did not respond to any of our messaged, either during our stay or when we tried to contact them after. They ignored messaged sent via Vrbo and to the cell number we were given before arrival. Vrbo asked us to send photos of the issues and video before we left the property, this was also ignored. Really disappointed.

Cozy Vacation Getaway

Came here for College Softball and wanted a home away from home instead of a hotel. Angel was wonderful to deal with before, during and after our stay! I'd ask a question and quickly get a response! Neighborhood was charming and VERY quiet. We were minutes from shopping and the beach. I couldn't have asked for a better host or rental experience. Highly Recommend Ventur!!
