There are three spacious bedrooms, two queen beds and one king, a full bath and a half bath. The bedrooms can accomodate a pack and play for little ones, there are two available. There are also safety gates, cabinet locks and a high chair.
A comfortable living room with big screen TV and high-speed WIFI is perfect for hanging out and lounging.
The fully-equipped kitchen is all set for preparing any meal, there is a gas barbeque grill and outdoor dining available.
Laundry facilities are located in the basement along with a rowing machine and exercise mat.
The backyard is tranquil and private with a patio as well as a small covered porch for morning coffee. A hot tub is located on the patio for a relaxing soak among the tall pines (there is a $100 fee during the months of operation September through May)
It is a short ride to the Pitt and CMU campuses, also to the downtown attractions including PPG Paints Arena and the other sports venues.
The immediate Verona area boasts several great restaurants including the famed Oakmont Bakery. The home is very near the Allegheny River where a perfect path is available behind The Lot, for a riverside stroll.
