This is the main floor of a home. There is another unit in the completely separate, basement apartment of the home. The backyard and hot tub are completely private for the upstairs.


We do have 4 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road, one at the entrance to the basement suite, one in the backyard, and one above the garage.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

No parties; as of October 2020, Airbnb announced a global ban on all parties and events at Airbnb listings.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
