The property is nice overall.There are a few concerns though.There are cockroaches in the kitchen and bathrooms.The extractor and ceiling lights in the kitchen need replacing.Cupboards in kitchen were sticky and in need of a good clean.Carpets throughout need replacing as worn and stretched.Furniture is tired and chipped/scratched.Needs a small refurbish.Balcony's and Lanai need pressure washing and cleaning.Light socket in closet in main bedroom is dangerous and broken and needs replacing.Curtains in main bedroom don't fit and let light in.Glass on coffee table in lounge is missing.As a former owner of the property next door to this one for Seven years I feel it needs bringing up to a better standard as it is ok but tired and in neend of a little TLC.

The resort itself is great - this review has nothing to do with the resort, but entirely with the property management company. The communication was completely unacceptable. Responses took weeks, and on the day of check-in, I never received access instructions. I spent over six hours trying to get in touch before finally receiving the code via WhatsApp. The condo wasn’t even cleaned and ready until 6:00 p.m. on check-in day. That is simply not acceptable for a paid reservation. The property manager had excuse after excuse - including claiming they lost their phone and had no other way to communicate. This is a business. There should always be backup communication methods, such as email or an alternate contact number. Not being reachable is not an excuse - it’s a failure to operate professionally. When they did respond, it was only to apologize for the poor communication and service, with no real resolution or accountability. I will never book this condo again and strongly advise others to avoid it unless you are willing to deal with extremely poor communication and last-minute uncertainty.
