Satisfaction in the Smokies

Good and Bad

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. Loved the xplorie pass that came with the rental. Disappointed that the lazy river didn't function during the entire 9 days of our stay. The unit was clean and looked as described.
