Det stora sovrummet har en egen utsökt jacuzzi med hans och hennes handfat och stand-up dusch. En king size-sÀng och medelstor platt-TV och en promenad i garderoben Det finns tvÄ andra sovrum pÄ andra sidan huset, det andra sovrummet har en drottning och en enkelsÀng med en platt-TV och en walk-in garderob dela badrum med ett tredje sovrum. Tredje sovrummet har tvÄ fullstora sÀngar, klÀdkammare .. Villan har en fantastisk, öppen delad planlösning med keramiska plattor i hela. Vardagsrummet har TV och D B D-spelare. Arbetskök med rostfritt stÄl med grytor och kastruller för dig som gillar att laga mat. En tvÄ-brÀnnare gas BBQ grill finns att hyra för $ 20 per dag för dem som gillar BBQ. Vardagsrummet öppnar mot en skÀrmad veranda med en hÀrlig privat uppvÀrmd pool
  redo för de heta Florida dagarna. Poolen har ytterdörrar Stolar sÄ att du kan sitta och titta pÄ solen glida bort. PoolvÀrme kostar $ 25 per dag under vintermÄnaderna. Fester Àr inte tillÄtna.

Quiet neighborhood - perfect for families

This house had everything our family of 5 needed to enjoy our week-long stay in the Orlando area! The pool was a fabulous bonus! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Spacious Property

We had a great stay at this property. The layout was well-designed, offering plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house was clean upon arrival, and the owner was very responsive to our needs, which we greatly appreciated. Towels and bedding could use an update, as they were a bit worn. We would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Another stay in the USA

All in all it was a very successful vacation, only the communication at the end left a lot to be desired. The house was as shown in the description. Very nice pool.

Perfect for our trip to Flordia

Overall the stay was great. It is out of the way of the crazy Orlando traffic. The house supplied everything we needed. My 5y/o loved the pool, but could not use it as the weather was cold during our visit. Only negative was we could not get the TV to work in the spare bedroom. We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean!!

Florida vacation 3/4 - 3/11/23

The property was very nice, communication with the owner Victor, and the person that watched the home was great, the best part was the heated pool, spent a lot of time swimming in the morning before activities and in the late afternoon’s when we got back, we had a very nice vacation. Thank you, Pam

We overall enjoyed our stay. We had one incedent where we set off the fire alarm and could not get in touch with the owner to turn it off. Thankfully the local fire department was understanding. The property was clean. Property was a good 45 minute drive to disney which was a bit inconvenient. Over all we had a great stay.

Relaxing in the pool

We are three family members, all seniors who like to go south to escape cold, snowy winters. This rental property was perfect for us. The house was comfortable and the pool was amazing. Our favorite thing was spending time in the sparkling, clear water of this beautiful pool. We also greatly appreciated Ruth, the property manager, who was nearby and answered any question and responded very quickly. She did a great job.

We kept hearing a beeping sound in the house. Reached out to Douglas who had someone come check it out almost immediately & taken care of. Home was stocked with the basic essentials.

Not anywhere close to Disney!

We booked this listing thinking it was near Universal and Disney because that's what it says in the caption, very deceiving. I found strands of hair in the bed as if the linens were not changed by the last guest. Floors needed to be swept. The location makes it hard to travel anywhere in a decent time. Painting needs to fixed not done very well. Honestly, a great house just needs a little more deep cleaning in between stays and the minor details are fixed.

well maintained, spacious, clean house

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa as a family as it was very spacious, clean and well furnished. It could accommodate even two families if you use the sofas as pull out beds. It is located in a quite neighborhood and has fences all around the yard so provides good privacy. One of the bathrooms opens directly to the pool area so is very convenient for kids to run to shower. The master bedroom has double vanities with a very spacious shower and Jacuzzi tub. The only downside was that the house is a little bit far from theme parks or Orlando downtown but there is a Walmart, Publix and fast food places in 10 minute drive away. Also the owners are very responsive and helpful whenever you have any questions.

Incorrect Listing

We were assurred by the owner that the pool and hot tub were in working order. When we arrived they were not working as repairs has not been completed. The owner had sent us an email with rules and codes for the pool. He also accused of bring a dog into the condo. My husband and I were on a Princess cruise to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary. Our dog was left at home with our daughter who was also housesitting. I asked for an apology as well as a rebate for lack of ammenities, but have receiving nothing to date. I feel the owner acted very unprofessionally. Especially since I received previous emails to say that the pool pavers had arrived before Christmas and that the fence crew would be there the next week. We had to cancel two other bookings because they were not repaired and would have booked this condo had we known there would be no pool.

Spacious but some things need a little work.

Stayed the month of February. Very roomy, over 2,000 sq ft. Has a nice pool, we never used it, the pool was too cold. The evenings were cold and pool was not heated. One screen panel located above the pool was loose and was hanging right after it rained one day. There were weeds growing in the cracks of patio floor around pool. I ended up pulling out myself. We did sit occasionally by poolside to enjoy the sunshine and warmer weather. Everything inside the home was clean except the curtains had a weird smell probably needed to be washed in main living area. The window latches on almost all the windows were broke and we couldn’t lock. Safety concerns. The place needs nonstick frying pans. Might want to purchase for future rentals. We went out and purchased our own. The guest toilet at times ran continuously due to the flap in the tank would get hung up. Might be a problem for more than 2 people staying there in the future. The mailing address is Kissimmee, FL., but it is actually in Poinciana, FL It’s 29 miles to Disney World from this place, but due to the infrastructure and traffic it will take you 1 1/2 hours to get there. The tv in main living wasn’t easily operational, compared to the other 2 tv’s. Was surprised to see such a nice home had such a terrible paint job. A lot of slobbered paint on even the kitchen cabinets and trim
