This was by far the best condo we have rented. It was superbly clean and was exactly what we needed! Communication with the host was excellent. We watched some gorgeous sunrises from the balcony. I cannot recommend this enough and we definitely plan to return next year!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay here. The owner, Randy was first class. He is genuine and cares about his customers. He texted us back every time we had a question and even referred a deep sea fishing captain which also turned out phenomenal! The condo was as advertised and more! Had a great time! Penthouse was just as described and it was AMAZING! A thoughtful gift basket was waiting for us. The “beach” storage was amazing! Had everything we needed to use at the beach. Pool was a big hit as well! No issues at all! Will be back!!

Perfection

The condo was beautiful. You can't beat those views! Everyone we came in contact with was so nice. There was no trouble, no loud mouths, no rowdiness, no obnoxious people - just great people. The beds are so comfortable, and the towels were luxurious in the bathrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom which made it so much easier for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need to make a great meal. We will definitely be back!!!! Thank you for sharing you lovely home with us.

Our Family’s Favorite Vacation Location

We have fallen in love with this location and Randy and Honey are wonderful hosts. The condo is a top floor penthouse with a wonderful balcony and views. Very comfortable and very well kept. We have enjoyed staying here year after year and look forward to our stays in the future.

Our kids’ first time on a sugar white beach!

My husband, daughter (9), two sons (8 and 6), and I are currently driving back from our spring break trip to paradise. We had a wonderful time in Navarre Beach. Randy and Honey are amazing hosts, and we truly can’t think of a single thing we would add or improve. There were so many thoughtful touches, like fresh flowers, a basket with snacks and wine, and a whole closet full of beach toys. My six year old is already asking to come back for his birthday in November. We can’t wait to visit again soon! We have a new favorite place!

6 of us stayed at this gorgeous penthouse right on the beach. It was beautiful, the beds are so comfortable and the rooms are spacious. There wasn’t anything to complain about, only that we had to leave. Would stay again and recommend this place to everyone

Best view ever

This condo had everything we needed. I usually bring a plastic tote full of things I know we'll need if the condo doesn't have them. I brought that tote back to my car! Didn't need anything (well, except my husbands homemade Cajun spice). It's an unusual feeling to look down on the top of kites, birds and even Army choppers running drills. The beds were super comfy, plenty of pillows and blankets. I thought the ice machine was the pinnacle...until I unlocked the "toy closet"! When I tell you this place has everything you need for a great vacation, you can believe it. Or you can see for yourself. Everyone in my whole group agreed and would definitely stay in that unit again!

Family Vacay at Navarre Beach

Our family had a wonderful time at Navarre Beach, the beach is fantastic! The condo was an excellent choice for our family, (5 adults and 3 grandchildren) very spacious, clean and well appointed. It was so convenient being right on the beach. We were here over the 4th of July and being able to watch the amazing firework show off the pier from our balcony was the highlight of our trip, "best seat in the house"! The Blue Angels flying by was an extra bonus and very special for all of us. Our host Randy was so accommodating throughout the booking process and during our stay, the hospitality was top notch with a sweet amenity basket upon arrival! We will definitely be booking this home for our future trips to Navarre.

Family Vacation 2023 - A Huge Success

This was our second stay at this fantastic penthouse condo. Navarre Beach is a jewel between Destin and Pensacola and the Beach Colony Resort has a great position on the beach with great amenities. Randy is a wonderful host who takes care of his property and his guests. He welcomed us with a wine/snack basket and fresh flowers to enjoy during our stay. The entire family is already looking forward to our next visit.

Our family has been in this area for many years. We want our Guests to have a very special time so we do our best to provide just about everything you would expect in a penthouse. We furnish and maintain this unit as if we were moving in soon. If you need something that we don't have on site, please contact us and we will try to make it happen. Because we are local, we can usually respond quickly.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The first time we visited Beach Colony East, we were awestruck by the beautiful surroundings and the spacious condos. Then, we were invited to visit a penthouse and we knew what we wanted in a retirement home. At some point, this unit will become home to us.
Navarre is also not crowded as some beach towns are. The beaches are spacious, and the National Seashore is nearby which limits development. Navarre Beach is a perfect place to relax and is super kid-friendly with a park close by. Plus, some of our Guests use Navarre as home base for day trips to Destin, Pensacola, or even Biloxi. And, there is something magical about staying on an island!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This property is certainly unique in that it is the "A" unit on the top floor of a fine facility, on the beach, on an island. We have seen many beaches, but this one is tops. The sand is actually soft quartz particles washed down eons ago from the Appalachian Mountains.

The patio is partially covered so that you can sunbathe or sit in the shade and have a meal while you enjoy views that can go for 30 miles. This is a spectacular location to watch fireworks if you happen to stay with us during certain holidays.

At times, you may see stingrays, manta rays and others from your patio. Have a camera ready.

Our friends and family members love to stay here. We have hosted wedding parties, family reunions, anniversaries and many get-aways. If you need more than three bedrooms, we have the adjacent two-bedroom unit which may be available at the same time (VRBO 1157868). Additionally, you can rent a nearby cottage with a private dock on the water (VRBO 2285623).

The airport in Pensacola (PNS) is approximately 35 minutes away as is the airport in Ft Walton Beach/Destin (VPS).
