Completely renovated and modified in 2024. Take a dip in our private pool, chill at the outdoor bar with a large cocktail or just relax on the sun deck. If you feel a bit more energetic you have full use of the gym located on the ground floor. Ideal for family or friends. Our house staff is on property to assist as and when required. Every detail has been thought of!

Myself along with 4 other ladies stayed at the home for a 60th Birthday getaway/celebration. The house was AMAZING, Ms. Grace who prepared all of our meals was the sweetest and Tezra our main point of contact was so professional, very prompt with her responses and patient with us and all the questions we had. Our recommended driving service Mr. Frank was the icing on top of everything! Since the island is on 43 miles long, EVERYTHING is within 10-15mins away. The beach was not necessarily within walking distance for our group, but we were a short drive away from Grace Bay. I've stayed at other properties similar to this and daily housekeeping, turn down service was included, so if you want that you will need to ask for that specifically, but other than that, we had an amazing time!!!!!!!!!!!!

This property was magnificent. The host Tereza communicated with me all the time in a timely manner. She always answered my question. Tereza was also great at recommending services. The Villa is top notch and Grace was amazing. She is such a pleasure to have around and very helpful. I will always recommend this Villa.

Book the Balanciaga Villa

The communication was 1000/10 Tereza answered all questions I had prior to my arrival. Grace was amazing (only thing is it wasn’t mentioned she lives on the property prior to booking. Grace has her own space). Only thing I would suggest is if you decide to use their catering services they sent the receipts after I left which I asked for prior to arriving. We brought juice and a few items from the grocery store prior to receiving the receipts for the appetizers I got catered for my guest. I was charged for orange juice, apple juice, and coffee creamer which I didn’t ask for. I wish it was mentioned before because I wouldn’t have brought certain items and left them since I had to pay for them. Overall, my experience was top tier and I’ll stay there again if I go back to Turks.

Fabulous Time in Turks

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was clean, beautiful, and perfect for our all girls vacation. I stayed in the primary suite and the bed was so comfortable, I slept like a dream every night. We had a group of 11 and the space was just right for all of us to relax and enjoy.Tereza was incredibly responsive and helpful up to and throughout our stay and Grace, our cleaner, was the sweetest and soo informative. The entire house was fully air conditioned which made coming in from the sun feel extra refreshing.I had such a great experience and will definitely be returning to Turks. Thank you for helping make our trip so special.

2025 Girls Trip

The house was beautiful and just as described. Tereza was very responsive and accommodating. She even messaged me to see why no one had checked in early as planned (our plan was delayed but very sweet of her). Tereza also provided us with a contact for a driver whom we used the whole time we were there. Grace was there to assist around the house whenever we needed something but made sure to allow us space and privacy. Wonderful trip, definitely recommend Balanciago Villa.
