With this homes gorgeous decor, it feels like your own private Hotel 1 stay without the price tag! With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed, this pleasant retreat offers a tranquil setting for guests to unwind.
Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, WiFi, luxury bath & body products, sheets and towels. Relax in the beautiful living room with a cozy sofa bed. Large ceiling fans and open windows with trade winds, keep this home cool and comfortable with a lot of seating for everyone to hang out together. Air conditioner units upstairs and downstairs.
The large kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials including pots and pans, cooking oils, and spices. Includes large indoor and outdoor dining tables that you can all sit and eat a meal together. The home is very private with a large back yard to entertain and relax in.
The 3 bedrooms include 2 primary sized suites. The large upstairs suite includes gorgeous mountain and a peak of an ocean view. Brand new king mattress and loads of closet space and a beautifully remodeled bathroom with 2 sinks. The large downstairs primary sized suite includes access to the garden deck/lanai and a comfy new king mattress and modern decor. The upstairs bedroom includes a new queen bed and a comfy twin trundle bed underneath if needed. This room has exceptional mountain views!
This home also includes a newly added game room featuring a pool table, ping pong table combo, a dart board and large screen TV.
This home is conveniently located near Princeville shopping center and a short drive to Hanalei Bay beaches and town. Beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, body boards, and a sun umbrella are ready for all your beach adventures. We have also provided yoga mats and workout weights for your own private work on the large sunny deck. We had a wonderful time at this house. We were a group of 7 - 2 grandparents, two parents and three kids 8-10. The house was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for cooking, in the well equipped kitchen, and eating either indoors or out. The backyard was huge, plenty of room for numerous cartwheels. The hosts provide lots of fun! The ping pong table kept us all busy and the poker set was a hit. We all loved it!

Great Contemporary House with Everything You'd Want

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is located in a neighborhood close to everything in Princeville, yet still has the calm and quiet that you'd look for. It's great for kids, families, or adults looking to get away and experience the island as it should be.The house was well-furnished and had everything we needed, including board/card games, beach equipment, soaps/toiletries, kitchen tools/appliances, and modern tech. The house was recently renovated and felt new, yet still very cozy. The backyard area was very spacious and peaceful, whether relaxing, reading, or hanging out. You could tell the owners put in the extra effort to make sure that it was a very comfortable and stylish space. Everyone in our party loved their room and the common areas (and we are not easily pleased).If you are looking for a home-away-from-home with the style of what you'd find in magazines, the amenities of what you'd have if you could get your wish list, and the friendly interactions of a caring host, this is your place.
