The open concept kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for group travels. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to feel right at home. Watch the sun rise from the deck while you sip the best cup of coffee you've ever had from our Jura Coffee Machine (drip coffee maker also available).

Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms with luxurious king beds with Performa mattresses, en suite bathrooms, and walk-in closets. The basement is perfect for movie and game night and includes a twin xl over queen bunk bed. There is an extra shower in the basement for convenience. The open concept kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for group travels. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to feel right at home. Beautiful Home

This was a beautiful home for my family to stay for Christmas to visit other family members in Cedar Falls. Excellent communication made the process very easy and home was in a great location. Highly recommended!

Perfect Location

It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Felt like we were home. It was close to our son who goes to school at UNI and also to our favorite stores and restraunts. The check-in and check-out was duoer easy. There was constant communication. The beds were comfortable and blanakets amazing. Only thing I would suggest is vacuuming after a guest has a dog with them. My son and i have allergies to long hair dogs and there was dog hair on the couch that made our allergies act up.oyher than that it was perfect and we will be back!!!
