If you love design, youâre going to love this 445 sqft fully remodeled studio! With a luxurious bathroom featuring a rain shower and a kitchen boasting a deep stone countertop and premium appliances (dishwasher, washer-dryer combo, SMEG toaster, coffee machine), every detail has been thoughtfully crafted. Enjoy the comfort of a queen-sized bed, a 55" Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi, all set against a backdrop of chic dĂ©cor and stylish design touches like neon art.
The space
This charming studio is located on the third floor of Block B within the exclusive Pacific Building waterfront complex on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The complex consists of six blocks: A, B, C, D, E, and F. The studio boasts an open-plan layout with a functional galley kitchen that flows seamlessly into the living/bedroom area.
Guest access
You can use the entire apartment and access Pacific's private beach via the elevator from either the G or P1 level, free of charge. All rooftop amenities, including the gyms, saunas, pools, and tennis and basketball courts, are also free to use. Please note that the basketball and tennis courts require a reservation, which we can arrange for you.
Other things to note
Only a 5-minute walk to the building's private beach
Only 5 minute's walk to supermarkets, laundry, beauty salon, restaurants, and bar located on the ground floor of the building
Only 15 minutes drive to Al Hamra Mall
It is only a 10-minute drive from luxury resorts on Al Marjan Island, such as Rixos, Hilton, Moevenpick, etc.
Only 45 minutes drive up to the world's longest zipline on Jebel Jais mountain.
Only 1 hour from Dubai Airport
Only 1.25 hours to Dubai Mall
Quiet hours as per the community rules. No smoking, no Shisha, no BBQs in the apartment or balcony. Pets and parties are not allowed.
