All of this is located within a gated community featuring 24-hour staffed security coverage. 🏠🌸☀️ THE CONDO: The main living area with smart TV, cards and games is a great place to relax and unwind. The kitchen has granite countertops, full size appliances, dishes, cookware and island seating for 4. The bedroom has an adjustable king bed and another smart TV. For privacy, the bedroom is walled off from the main living area (unlike many units in Ocean Village that are separated from the main living area by glass doors). The recently remodeled bathroom is decorated in soothing neutral colors including a shower with pebble tile floor. The sofa bed in the living room pulls out for additional sleeping space if needed. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of amenities like high speed WiFi, washer & dryer, dishwasher, and super cool AC (heat also available). There is an extra vanity just outside the bathroom so you can both be getting ready at the same time. The screened lanai with seating for 4 is another place to chill with a good book and/or cocktail. Beach chairs & umbrella, cooler, bocce and kadima sets, tennis racquets and pickleball paddles are available for your use. 👨‍🍳🛍️🛒 NEARBY ATTRACTIONS and SERVICES: St. Lucie County Aquarium, Manatee Observation and Education Center, and Jetty Park are all within a few miles. Lots of restaurants, groceries, shops and marina are within 10-20 minute drive. Don’t miss the Farmers’ Market (Saturdays), historic 2nd Street and the Riverwalk area.
