The owner was always available and answered us quickly when we had a minor issue that he was able to fix in less then 5 minutes. Beautiful house and the stay was amazing. We will definitely be back!! Also, love that it was dog friendly and that our dog could come on vacation with us!

Very nice camp and beautiful scenery

Very clean and comfortable camp. Plenty to do in the area. Enjoyed the beautiful drive through the mountains and seeing moose.

Perfect paddleboarding spot

This was a wonderful little cabin. It was cute and clean and the outside area is beautiful. Quiet area and never heard the neighbors

What an amazing place to vacation. Everything you need and more. We enjoyed the dock and quiet mornings. The communication was excellent and we have no complaints!!!

The home was incredibly clean when we walked in! We have stayed her before but it had been about 3 years so we were happy to be back! Amazing view, quiet neighbors. We have decided officially it will be a yearly family trip. Amazing Amazing amazing!

We had a great stay! It was 2 floors, each floor had a bedroom and bathroom. The views from both the upstairs and downstairs are beautiful!!! The pictures don’t do justice. Perfect for snowmobiling and sledding down the hill. I hope to rent again next winter and even in the summer time! Thanks again. Great home! Had a blast!

Beautiful Lakeside Cottage

This cottage met all of our expectations and then some. The waterside fire pit and kayaks made for enjoyable outside time with family and two level living made for ample space for all when inside. Rob was an excellent host, we highly recommend his lakeside cottage and hope to return next year.

Great place for snowmobiling

We had a great time at the lake house, the location was fantastic for snowmobiling, and was clean and well kept. The parking situation was difficult for trailers and the driveway was unplowed but with a little work we were able to get everything to fit.

Winter wonderland

This place was perfectly located for winter activities. We had direct access to the lake for ice fishing, snowshoeing and the snowmobile trails. It is also down the road to some eating establishments and LL Cote’s. The house had all the amenities with plenty room to relax and beautiful views of the lake.

A Peaceful Escape

We had a wonderful stay on Akers Pond. Errol is a very small town, but we came up to enjoy lake life. Rob has two kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat which were perfect for relaxation or mild exercise. Spent time fishing from the dock, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit or playing games while enjoying the view. Loved seeing the loons on the pond and bald eagles across the pond in the treeline. LL Cote was close and very convenient for fishing gear, ice cream, local IPAs and minor necessities. There was a great brewery in Colebrook - Coös Brewing Company. Make sure to hit Walmart for your produce on the way to the house so you can enjoy grilling for the week. A quiet neighborhood and very peaceful. Bean Road - about two blocks down was great for walks. House was super clean and had everything we needed.

We have stayed with this host before we love the area and would come back again. Everything was clean and comfortable. Akers pond is beautiful

We stayed here over Memorial weekend. It was beautiful. When you pull up at first it looks tiny bc it’s in the side of a hill, but it has a huge deck that makes you want to follow it to the water. Once we walked inside the kids were pumped. The place was clean and they kept saying it was so nice. Because it’s two stories the kids claimed downstairs. They had everything you need to cook when you’re there which is good bc it’s pretty remote so there are only a couple of places to get food around there which the host let us know before hand. There is a dock which the kids fished off of and caught fish at. They have kayaks, and a paddle boat. It was just a great spot and totally relaxing.
