A lively and vibrant neighborhood in South East London, this spacious 3-bedroom flat is the perfect home away from home for up to 7 guests. With 2 bathrooms, 2 double beds, 3 single beds, and a sofa bed, there is ample room for everyone to relax and unwind in their own space.
The living area is light and airy with plenty of comfortable seating, and the TV provides entertainment for those cozy nights in. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a microwave, stove, oven, and coffee machine. The washer and fridge are easily accessible too.
For families with young children, there are travel cot and high chair options available. And for those who need to work while away, a desk and chair provide a comfortable space to focus and be productive.
The bathrooms are clean and modern, with one featuring a relaxing bath tub. Complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.

I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:
• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150
• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
Please note that I offer two options for handling the security deposit for your stay:
1. £500 Security Deposit: This deposit is refundable upon check-out, provided no damages are incurred during your stay.
2. A £35 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver: Alternatively, guests can opt for a damage waiver provided through STRLY. This waiver offers protection during your stay, offering you peace of mind without the upfront deposit.
