Welcome to this delightful condo in the heart of the resort town of Sopot!
This 120 square meters apartment is bright and spacious, with high ceilings.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, a spacious kitchen, and a hallway.
Every room has its separate lock.
You can sit on the balcony facing Monte Casino street while drinking a glass of wine or cup of coffee, happy with the view of the attractive promenade.
This balcony is a perfect people watching spot.
The kitchen's balcony, with its forest view, can have you eating dinner, breathing in the fresh air.
You will be:
5 min walk to the beach and the longest wooden pier in Europe
5 min walk to the train station, which can take you many local stops like Gdansk, or to Berlin
5 min walk to the forest, tennis courts
Everything else, like food stores, restaurants, movie theater, night clubs, spas and boutiques are just steps away from the building.
The building has an elevator and a VEGAN restaurant downstairs.
The parking lot, right next to the building, is for the residential use only.
You will feel like a King and a Queen of Monte Cassino Street - one of the most popular and most expensive streets in Poland.
You will be on the 3rd floor.
