Maravilla är en topp golf destinationen i Destin-området med 2. 5 hektar privat strand och är känd för sin familjär atmosfär och bekvämligheter. Vårt helt ombyggda hela 2 sovrum / 2 badrum lägenhet ligger på översta våningen i byggnad # 3 vid sidan av ingången enheten. Balkongen vetter mot väst och är perfekt för att sola eller se fantastiska solnedgångar. Du är bara några steg till markerade och tände övergångsställe till vår privata, gated strand entré. Det finns en strandpromenad på stranden sida av Scenic Gulf Drive och asfalterad väg på condo sidan för promenader och cykling. Uthyrning från mitten av mars till oktober inkluderar på plats strandservice (4 stolar och 2 paraplyer) - ett stort värde! Så ta bara handduken och solskyddsmedel och du är redo för stranden!

Denna enhet har alla nya möbler som inkluderar en bäddsoffa och en ny LED 55in plattskärms-TV och Blu-ray DVD-spelare. Köket är komplett med moderna rostfria vitvaror, kvarts bänkskivor och alla dina nödvändigheter, inklusive en Keurig kaffebryggare! Det finns ett matbord med plats för sex.

För din sovkomfort innehåller varje sovrum King-size Sealy Premium-madrasser. Varje sovrum har också en DVD-spelare, plattskärms-TV och Sony-klockradio med blixtkontakt. Det finns en balkong utanför sovrummet som inkluderar en bistro bord för två! Master badrummet har en duschkabin med 2 duschar - en handhållen och en regndusch! Andra badrummet kan nås från huvudgången eller sovrummet och inkluderar en dusch med djup badkar.

Tvättrummet i enheten har en fullstorad Samsung-tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Vi erbjuder även ett strykjärn med strykbräda. Det finns gott om filmer och kort / brädspel för barn och vuxna att använda tillgängligt i enheten. Höghastighetsinternet ingår - gratis - samt grundläggande kabel-TV på alla TV.

Family Vacation

The condo was clean and comfy just what we needed for a chill beach trip. Loved that there were four beach chairs set up for us every day, made it so easy to head down and relax. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials too, which made cooking a breeze.

This condo was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 children). It was super clean, updated, beautifully decorated and a short walk to the beach and pools! Could not recommend this unit enough

Perfect vacation

I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was very clean and had all the amenities you could as for. It’s in a prime location and had great views of the ocean. I hope to stay at this location again soon.

Beach Getaway

Description and photos of condo are exact. It’s modern, very clean and close to the beach. We spent many mornings and evenings on the over sized balcony. The beach chair/umbrella service is invaluable in the Florida heat! Owners are very helpful and easy to get a hold of.

Another Great Stay

We rented this unit last year and loved it so we decided to rent it again!!We love this condo! It’s super clean and the owners are very kind and easy to reach! I cannot think of anything negative to say!We love that it is updated! Some of my favorite things are the rain shower head in the master, the spacious laundry room, the kitchen cupboard (to hide all our snacks), ceiling fans in all the rooms and on the balcony and the comfortable beds! Another plus is that this unit comes with beach setup (seasonal) - two umbrellas and 4 chairs - which is perfect for us—— most only offer one umbrella and two chairs! And, the owner provides 4 beach towels for use — in the laundry room there was even two beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a boogie board.We cannot wait to book this place again for next year!!

My stay was just what the VRBO said it was with all of the things listed. My family and I enjoyed our stay and how close to the beach and pool were located. The two king beds were perfect for our family. Love the place and would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Great location!

Condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully updated. Access to the beach was easy, and we loved not having to lug chairs and umbrellas. The resort is within walking distance to Pompano Joe’s and Kenny D’s, as well as a short drive to Skipper’s for steamed seafood. We would definitely stay again.

Great VRBO!!

This property was amazing! It was very close to the ocean, very clean, and we loved the chair service that was provided when renting this condo. The condo was nicely stocked with pots/pans, cups, coffee maker, panini press, and a lot more appliances. The Maravilla property overall was nicely kept and the amenities on site were a plus (pool, ice machine, showers). It was in walking distance to 3 restaurants which we loved. We will be back!

Beautiful condo. Very clean. Lisa and Rich make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay

We decided on a last minute trip to the beach. Lisa and Rich responded very fast to my rental inquiry. We have rented this condo in the past and love it more each visit. Luxury unit

From the moment we walked in, we felt at home and in a very high end unit! The finishes and extra touches were all well thought out! The owners welcomed us via message upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. It’s even a short walk to the private beach. I highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to visit the Miramar Beach area!

Great condo!

Lisa and Rick, we absolutely loved our stay in your condo. It was so tastefully decorated, had so many little special touches, (from light switches being labeled, to Keurig, and even cleaning supplies). Most importantly, it was so very clean. We visit the Destin area 1-3 times a year and have stayed in several other condos in the same complex, I must say this was by far one of the nicest and cleanest condo! We look forward to renting your place again next year!

Very Clean and Comfortable Condo

This property was CLEAN. It actually smelled fresh and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, hand mixer was the best I've ever used. The linens were of great quality and seemed to be new. Both king beds were very COMFORTABLE!! The condo was just as described and actually nicer in person. It is decorated beautifully and has everything that you could need for a cozy stay. It is just steps away from the beach and close to tons of eateries, shops and attractions. The host was FANTASTIC! Very attentive and answered all questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

More than expected!

I can say with the utmost confidence that this property nears if not is at the top of available listings in Maravilla. I have visited the Destin area multiple times, always choose the Maravilla property due to its location and overall layout. This was by far the best stay in terms of accommodations. I have always believed the little details are what sets something apart and Rich & Lisa far exceed the expectations from the communication (a HUGE plus) before and during to the smaller details such as the makeup wipes and the countertop spray my wife was ecstatic about. The little things don't go unnoticed and can't wait to look into future dates and will make an effort to book dates around Rich and Lisa's property availability!!

Excellent Condo & Location

We had a family of six and had a great time and the location was very central. Loved the fact that it was pet friendly. Mornings out on the balcony was very calming and had a view of the beach. Grill by the front pool has one grill and the one by the back pool has 3 charcoal grills. You can come into the condo via Hwy. 98 which will be a faster trip then taking the scenic route. The condo does come with 2 beach chairs and umbrella. You have to be by the steps on the beach by 8:45 a.m. to reserve your ocean front chairs, otherwise you will be on the second row. They do have quite a bit of toys for small children. They do have rolling carts to bring your belongings up to the condo. No items must be left outside the door.

We have been vacationing at Maravilla since 2001. The area is dear to hearts as this is where we got engaged! We are sure you will fall in love with the area also. Maravilla is a wonderful family friendly and relaxing condominium community. This resort complex is unique in that there is a lot of green space for kids to play and an excellent paved path along Scenic Gulf Drive to walk, run or bike! With its nearby restaurants, shopping and beautiful white sand beaches this is a excellent location that is central to all of the Destin and 30A area!
