Descubre La Paz desde un tranquilo y cautivante departamento. Su envidiable ubicación te coloca a escasos metros del famoso malecón costero y de los muelles, donde podrás embarcarte para explorar el Mar de Cortés. El departamento está diseñado para brindarte todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia inolvidable. Contempla los maravillosos atardeceres desde la alberca del Roof Top.

Seaside Serenity es un departamento de revista! Su gran diseño de interiores sumado a la espléndida vista lo hace una verdadera joya. La vista de la terraza combina una pequeño palmar vecino con el cielo y el mar, encuadrando una verdadera foto de revista de viajes.

La terraza cuenta con cómodos muebles y plantas, sentarse a disfrutar del atardecer en esta terraza es en sí toda una experiencia. A la terraza se puede acceder desde la sala, y también de manera privada desde la recámara principal.

El departamento cuenta con dos recamaras, cada una con una cama QueenSize, TV, y Aire Acondicionado. La recamara principal tiene walking closet y baño completo con acabados de Chukum. Y la recámara secundaria cuenta con un amplio closet y un baño completo que se encuentra en seguida a la recamara.

La sala es sumamente cómoda y se encuentra elegantemente decorada. También cuenta con TV y Aire Acondicionado. En seguida esta el comedor esculpido en madera solida y con cojines en cada una de las sillas, la cocina se encuentra enseguida. Esta es amplia y esta totalmente equipada.

El área común de la torre cuenta con un Rooftop con alberca que ofrece las vista más espectaculares de la Bahía y de la ciudad de La Paz también. Cuenta con un pequeño chapoteadro. En el Rooftop también se cuenta con un pequeño pero totalmente equipado gimnasio, así como con una pergola con asador. La infraestructura ligera del Rooftop ameniza el espacio con diseño de madera y telas., lo cuales son funcionales para recostarse. Por últímo el Rooftop tiene un mirador en lo más alto y baños completos para damas y caballeros.

El departamento cuenta con un espacio de estacionamiento designado para carro compacto.

El departamento es para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes incluyendo su terraza. Mientras que el Rooftop es una área común a compartirse con los huéspedes de los demás departamentos.

Durante su estancia podrán comunicarse con mi Co-Host Yoel Goldchain y su equipo de trabajo. De preferencia por el chat de airbnb, pero también podrán hacerlo por teléfono o en persona. El equipo de mi Co-Host tiene presencia diariamente en la torre donde se encuentra el departamento, y estarán felices de atenderlos.
ROOFTOP GENERAL

Hours of use: from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Prohibited: Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, and abuse of alcoholic beverages. Use of sound equipment without authorization from the administration.

Responsibility: All users must pick up their trash and leave the area clean and tidy. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Permitted objects: The use of glasses, cups, mugs, plates, etc. made of glass, crystal, ceramic, or any other brittle material is prohibited. Only reusable plastic or aluminum utensils are permitted. Glass bottles and refractories can only be used in the grill area.

Furniture: The furniture is for common use and cannot be reserved. It must be returned to its original place after use.

Pets: Pets are not allowed, except for properly identified assistance animals.

Exclusivity: Use and enjoyment is exclusive to residents, authorized guests, and guests.

Maximum Capacity: Each condominium owner has the right to use the rooftop with a maximum of 8 people simultaneously, including the owner of the apartment, his/her guests, or in the case of his/her guests. For special events, it is necessary to reserve the space in advance, subject to availability and approval by the administration.

Sanctions: Failure to comply with the regulations may result in sanctions, including temporary restriction of access to the rooftop.

POOL AREA

Etiquette: Use of a swimsuit is mandatory when submerging in the pool. Towels used must have a pool design (e.g. white, with blue or beige stripes, or any other classic pool design, not printed or dark colors). Snacks must be served in containers with a decent presentation, not in their commercial packaging.

Prohibited: Diving, performing dangerous maneuvers or any activity that puts your own safety or that of other users at risk. Shouting, running in wet areas or playing rough games that may cause accidents.

Safety and hygiene: All users must shower before entering the pool. People with open wounds, skin infections, or any condition that may affect the health of other users are not allowed. Eating while submerged in the pool is prohibited. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Minors who have not yet mastered their sphincters must wear special swimming diapers.

Use of accessories and floats: The use of floats and small water toys is permitted, as long as they do not interfere with the enjoyment of other users.

GYM

Access: The gym is for the exclusive use of people over 18 years of age.
Clothing and personal equipment: It is mandatory to wear appropriate sports clothing and closed sports shoes. Each user must bring and use their own personal towel for hygiene and protection of the equipment. It is prohibited to enter barefoot, with sandals or inappropriate footwear.

Hygiene and cleaning: All equipment must be cleaned after use using the products available in the gym. Keep the area tidy, returning the equipment and accessories to their place after use.

Use of the facilities: Use the machines and equipment correctly following the instructions and recommendations to avoid accidents. Maintain a reasonable time of use on each machine, especially during times of high demand. Do not alter or attempt to repair the equipment. Report any damage, malfunction or need for maintenance to the management.

Conduct: Keep a moderate volume on your headphones so as not to disturb other users. Avoid shouting, throwing weights or doing activities that may put the safety of others at risk.

Prohibitions: It is not allowed to consume food or alcoholic beverages inside the gym. Only water or sports drinks in closed containers are allowed. It is forbidden to enter with glass objects, large backpacks or other items that may obstruct the space or put safety at risk.

Responsibility: The use of the gym is under the responsibility of each user. The administration is not responsible for injuries, accidents or loss of personal items.

GRILL AREA

Reservation: It is mandatory to make a prior reservation with the administration to guarantee the availability of the grill. This has a cost that includes deep cleaning of the grill.

Hygiene and order: When finished, leave the surrounding area clean and in perfect order. Remove all waste and deposit the trash in the designated containers.

Waste Management: Pouring oil, grease or other waste into drains, planters or common areas is strictly prohibited. Use appropriate containers to dispose of it.

Lighting the Fire: Use only safe and appropriate products (such as charcoal, solid lighters or grill fluid) to light the grill. The use of flammable liquids such as gasoline, alcohol or other dangerous products is prohibited.

Responsibility: Handle the fire safely and under supervision at all times to avoid accidents. Notify management of any damage or malfunction of the equipment immediately.

Safety: Do not leave the grill unattended while it is lit. Keep children away from the grill area.

Prohibitions: The grill is not permitted to be used for commercial activities or unauthorized events.

Responsibility: The use of the grill is under the responsibility of each user. Management is not responsible for injuries, accidents or loss of personal items.

We just spent an incredible week at a beautiful condo in La Paz, Mexico, and I can't recommend it enough! The host was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel right at home. The condo itself had outstanding views and stunning interior design, making it the best place we've ever stayed. Every detail was thoughtfully curated for comfort and style. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!
