A beautiful 5000 sq ft home in excellent condition. Wonderful pond just outside the patio decks. We celebrated my 88th birthday as part of our family reunion. The facility was perfect, with lots of room for everyone. All you have to bring is your food and personal items. They even have a childs high chair. I cant rate this home high enough.

The grill needs a battery installed for the igniter to operate. We had to run to the store to pick up a lighter to use the grill to cook the burgers.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. It is very family friendly.Home is in need of attention from the owners to live up to its listed description.Kitchen needs special attention. Normal kitchen dishes (serving dishes, large bowls, wine glasses, etc were all missing). These are basics. We left a list of specific items (nothing major) that need attention to have the home reach its potential. Several items that needed immediate attention were handled quickly.We would definitely consider this home in the future, but it currently needs a bit of a "tune up" to be considered 5 stars.

The home was awesome.The host Patty was very responsive.Had plenty of room for our guests, the pond out back was wonderful, last of good places to eat close. It is very close to Lake Texoma where we were fishing.We will be back soon.Thank you,Jerry

Absolutely beautiful home! Would really have given this 4.8 or 4.9 if it were an option! The host responded very quickly to any question or communications sent. Such a beautiful and peaceful property. Our favorite was sitting on porch in the evening, relaxing and just looking at the landscape. The only reason for someIf the 4 stars and not 5 (this is more just for suggestion purpose:1- label lights and fans better. It took testing to figure out which switches went with which lights and fans.2- a couple of the fans we couldn’t get going on patio (but this may be user error and not knowing which switch to use.)3- the walk out to the deck on the pond had been damaged, so we were not able to use that. But when I messaged about it, a crew came out the next day and started to get it fixed. Hopefully it will be ready for next guest because it truly is a beautiful feature.4- Would recommend a few extra blankets around. But again- amazing host, amazing property. Again, would really have given this 4.8 or 4.9 if it were an option! Would love to stay again.
