Lake Las Vegas Semester komma undan. Tjugo minuter från Las Vegas Strip. Njut av Lake Access till kajakpaddling, paddla boarding, båtliv. Säsong livsmedelsbutik är 5 minuters promenad från denna vackra lägenhet. Restauranger, vinbar och glass för dina smaklökar. Lake Las Vegas är en Master Planerade Resort community beläget några minuter från Las Vegas Strip med en 320 tunnland sjö med över 20 miles från strandlinjen. Två golfbanor; en privat Jack Nicklaus kursen ligger på South Shore är för medlemmar och 18 hål Reflection Bay golfbana om ligger på North Shore och är också en Jack Nicklaus utformad kurs.

Förutom shopping på Lake Las Vegas är distriktet i närliggande Green Valley en 10 minuters bilresa från sjön, liksom Galleria Mall. Naturligtvis finns spel på Fiesta, Sunset Station och Green Valley Ranch Casino. Alla tre kasinon ligger inom 14 minuter från sjön. Biografer med lyxiga stolar finns på Sunset Station.

För naturälskare och vandring hittar du flera Rails till Trails vandringar i närheten. Spektakulär utsikt över Lake Mead på Historic Railroad Vandringsled tar dig genom flera tunnlar längs Lake Mead hela vägen till Hoover Dam. Den spektakulära Red Rocks ligger 35 minuter bort och ger över 21 vandringsleder i Red Rock Canyon National Conservatory. Vattenfall, unika floran och öken Critters ge intressanta och vackra platser längs banorna.

För skidåkare och snowboarder ligger Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort vid Mount Charleston och en timme från Lake Las Vegas.

För spa-entusiasten är de två spa som erbjuder terapeutisk massage och hudbehandlingar samt ångbastu, jacuzzi och avkopplande rum.

Great spot!

This is a great location away from the strip. We stayed here with our 3 kids and there was ample space for all of us. The suite is in great shape and well stocked with everything we needed. Great communication with the host and they were super flexible with our arrival and departure times. We’d be happy to stay here again.

Wonderful Condo

My sister and I had a wonderful vacation at this condo. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spaciousness and cleanliness. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze.We loved the view from the balcony so much we sat there every morning and evening and enjoyed the weather. We had a nice view of the pool, and a peekaboo view of the lake. The location was great for us. We explored all the local shops and restaurants, but unfortunately several were closed.The owner was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation, yet close enough to Las Vegas if you want to take in all the action there.

Wonderful stay at Viera

Our family stayed at Viera. We had a fantastic week. The apartment was great, and the place it is located inside a village with nice restaurants and shops and with a spectacular view of the lake, is simply exceptional. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Las Vegas without being "inside the strip".Simply wonderful place.

Beautiful property!

Our unit was amazing! We stayed here for a wedding and had an amazing time! The complex was beyond our expectations. We had an issue with the AC when we got there but the host walked us through a a fix and all was good. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

It’s a very nice location, if you want to stay away from city and a peaceful place, then that your place. Location is amazing. I went with my kids so was looking for something closer to nature. Kids enjoyed pool, Hoover dam and boulder beach

Near the desert

This place was as advertised. It was lovely to walk along Lake Los Vegas and there were good restaurants nearby. Its location made visiting Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon West straightforward. Access to Las Vegas was easy but depended on traffic.
