We’re excited to host you at our stunning contemporary home by the beautiful lake in the Pocono Mountains! With 6,000 square feet and plenty of space, this is the perfect getaway for families and friends.

Parking: The property can accommodate up to 7 vehicles, per township guidelines. If you have any questions, just let us know!

Home Highlights:

Low Level: Fun for Everyone: The lower level features a game room with a pool table, foosball, poker table, and a cozy theater area where you can catch up on your favorite shows with Disney Plus, Hulu, and ESPN. There’s also a comfortable sleeping area and a full bathroom.

Main Level Comforts: Enjoy family meals at our spacious dining table that seats over 30! The open kitchen has a double oven and all the essentials. The playroom is perfect for kids, filled with toys and a TV with streaming services. You’ll also find another living room with a large leather sofa, a full bathroom on this floor, and a comfortable sleeping area.

Third Floor Retreat: Discover four more sleeping quarters, including a master suite with a luxurious bathroom featuring a soaker tub. Two of the sleeping areas have queen-size beds, and there’s a bunk room with twin-over-twin beds, along with another full bathroom.

Extra Space: The fourth floor offers additional sleeping options for a small fee.

Amenities: Enjoy Wi-Fi, a propane grill, and central A/C and heating. Our gated community features three lakes, two pools, a beach, and courts for basketball, tennis, and volleyball. Plus, you’re just minutes from Route 80 and Camelback Mountain!

Important Information:
Our home is licensed for short-term rentals and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Parking is limited to 7 cars.
The listed price covers the first three floors; we can open the fourth floor for an additional fee.

Convenience: We provide starting supplies like spices, coffee, tea, and sugar, but please bring your own K-Cups for the Keurig machine.

Pool Access: Your booking includes 12 passes for the community pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day). Please note that pool availability is subject to weather and staffing, but we’ll keep you informed of any changes.

Enjoy the entire house except for a few locked closets. The 4th floor is also available for an additional fee if you're interested!

*Gated community
*Speed limit must be followed
*No fireworks within the community
*No street parking permitted
*Additional 4th floor (2 additional rooms) available for an additional $350 fee.
*Please be aware that all paperwork, including the community registration, water equipment waiver, and copy of ID, must be submitted to the owner no later than 3 days prior to check-in. If this is not completed on time, guests will be responsible for covering the additional community fee for late registration.
*Registration paperwork must be submitted at least three days before check-in day to avoid a $150 later registration fee
*Pets are $140 per pet
*We do not offer Saturday check-in, nor check-out therefore Saturdays might appear as blocked on the calendar.

*Please do the following before checking out to avoid any further cleaning fees:
-Gather all trash & recycling and place them in the trash bins outside.
-Please wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher and run.
-Make sure all windows and doors are locked and closed
-Place all used towels in a pile by the shower or laundry room
-No need to strip the beds!
- Please inform us of any damages/stains, etc., as soon as possible
- I would also appreciate any suggestions or recommendations to improve the property.
-Ensure you have everything with you.
There will be a $25 fee to ship any items, plus the cost of shipping.
