- Keurig k-cup machine (complimentary k-cups and sugars provided) or make a pot of your own favorite coffee. Variety pack of tea bags included.

- Office workstation with comfortable chair.
- Alexa smart device to play music, get weather forecasts, and search content with your voice.

- SUPER SAFE, quiet, suburban, and residential part of northern Bloomfield is just 5-10 minutes away from everything you need: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping malls, bars/nightlife, gym, highways, train stations, etc.

- 8 minute drive to train stations & light rail for an easy commute into Journal Square (Jersey City), Hoboken, and NYC/Penn Station.
- 25 minute drive to NYC.
- 9 minute drive to Clara Maass Medical Center.
