OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- The room designated as "Private" is strictly prohibited from being accessed or utilized. Failure to abide by this regulation will result in a fine with the amount of $2000.

- A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

- Parking Policy: Kindly be advised that guests are entitled to park a maximum of two vehicles.

- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. - Bugs & Critters: We regularly treat the property for bugs and insects, but you might still see a critter or two; after all, this is the Smoky Mountains! To help keep them outside where they belong, be sure to keep doors closed.
