Relax in the hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or enjoy two inviting fireplacesâone on the main level and one in the lower level. The living area is designed for comfort, making it easy to unwind after a day on the slopes or hiking trails. Come visit and experience Vermontâs charm!
The Space:
This home also features an amenity center clubhouse with pool and tennis court within the community.
Sleeping Arrangements are as follows:
Main Level Bedroom: Queen Bed
Upstairs Bedroom #1: Queen Bed & Single Bed
Upstairs Bedroom #2: 2x Double Beds
Lower Level Bedroom #1: 3x Single Beds
Lower Level Bedroom #2: Double Bed
Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.
-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.
