This birthday experience at this house was absolutely amazing, it was all that it was cracked up to be. I've booked in Kissimmee before, and this property was the cream of the crop. A great property at a great price

Bryan was very responsive and created clear instructions. The home was just like the photos. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly, rusted trash cans and caddy in certain bathrooms. Beds were not comfortable and could be replaced. Something’s didn’t work or was broken. There were other minor concerns but we adjusted and worked through them. Overall this property is beautiful and the host addressed concerns quickly. I would definitely book with Bryan again!!

We liked everything about the home: it was spacious and had separate areas for different uses, such as small committee meetings and a large area for the full group to meet. The host was available for any issues - that is a plus.

OK, one thing I’m gonna say is I love the space that we had only problem that I had was certain things in the house wasn’t clean enough the second issue was that a lot of the guests was complaining about the mattresses on the beds that they can feel the springs of the mattresses also I feel like they should do a deep cleaning once a month in the homes ,also around front door needs to be painted and certain areas needs to be dusted. Although our car got towed so please do not park at the pool at a certain time. They will come and tow you’re car and don’t park on the grass or in front of other property they really be looking for cars to tow but I can say the host was great and responded back quickly but other the that the house is beautiful and we did have enough space for everyone but overall we had a great time in Orlando

Awesome property for our large team of adults. The bedrooms all having their own en-suite was clutch. Plenty of dishware and serving ware for meals.

Work Retreat

Our stay was the great! The house was exactly what we were looking for and everything worked out perfectly! There were a few appliances missing from the house, but the host was VERY responsive and had the missing items delivered very quickly. Everyone had a great time and all of my colleagues were very impressed with our stay.

This property was above our expectations! From the spacious bedrooms, to the huge island, pool and movie room, we were comfortable and we had a great stay! Bryan, our host, was a real pro! He was available for any questions that we had! He was attentive and helped us quickly.

This house was perfect for our biannual (Spring) 16-man golf trip. The house was built in 2023, so everything is still relatively new and in great shape, i.e., new appliances including two dishwashers and two refrigerators with working ice makers, large, smart TVs and ceiling fans in every room, new furniture, etc... The TV downstairs in the family room must have been at least 85 inches, which was perfect for watching the Masters after a hard day on the golf course..LOL. Another positive about the house was the excellent water pressure in every shower that heated up immediately. The new seven-burner gas grill with removable flat top cooking surface was perfect for steak night and burger and brat night, and we didn’t cook breakfast this time, but it would have been perfect for bacon and eggs and pancakes for such a large group. The large countertop in the kitchen accommodated the group very nicely, and we ate all our meals together which is part of the fun in staying together in one house. The majority did not spend too much time in the game room, but some of the guys loved it, and the theater room would have made movie watching fun had we had the time. The only real negative about the house was the parking. Since the garage is occupied by the air hockey, billiards table, pin-ball type games, and the theater, parking out front is limited to five vehicles, and we did not heed the warnings about parking on the grass. Consequently, we received an 80 park ticket

Booked the home for a family reunion. The home was as advertised. The host Bryan was very helpful and informative throughout the entire booking process and the stay, he answered any questions or concerns we had. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped. The drive way was huge and can fit about 4 suv's, 3 sedans, and 1 van (it depends on how you park the vehicles). And the pool was a very nice size. Would book again.
