This location was so much closer to the beach than it looks on the map. It was private and quiet yet centrally located to any thing you would want to do. The house itself was beautiful and clean. The pool was gorgeous and never crowded. The hosts were very responsive to questions and I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this place! If I had a question, Thomas got right back to me. Close enough to walk to the beach but nice and quiet area to come back to. Would love to rent this place again.

The house was perfect for my group & I. Our only surprise was the stairs it takes to get on the first level & another set to get to the bedrooms (maybe we didn’t read the listing through). It’s well equipped with kitchen needs, beach needs, pet needs, etc! Up to date appliances are in the home so that was a plus. We didn’t use the bbq pit. The host had good & efficient communication throughout our stay. Would stay here again.

Great location

We loved the house! It was perfect for our family. My favorite restaurant in OBA is Docs, so with this being within walking distance to that so just the best! We hope to visit again soon!

Or family of 5 and my sister in law and her husband had a great week at Coastal Bummz. The owners had a cute pet basket for dogs. The house had everything we needed including a wagon and chairs and umbrella for the beach. The community pool was great and the house is close to mini golf, a seafood/steak restaurant and a breakfast/lunch restaurant. The walk to the beach is doable, but it is tricky with the wagon and carrying stuff as there are not many sidewalks to get to the street crossing. It’s better to pay the 15 to park and load the wagon and stuff in the car. We had a great week and would stay here again!

Best place have stayed using VRBO , from friendliness and helpfulness of the owners to the cleanliness and appliances/accommodations in the home. Would 100% recommend anything managed by them. Extremely helpful for our family vacation with a special needs daughter.

Lovely Beach Home

We had a nice stay in this spacious home strategically located minutes from the beach, shopping and restaurants. The host/owners were very responsive and friendly with our requests and questions. The home came equipped with thoughtful amenities (full size appliances) to accommodate dining in, sunning at beach (beach chairs) and community pool. Enjoyed lovely sunsets on the upper patio. Would definitely recommend this vacation home.
