Misleading listing for basic accommodation

The biggest disappointment was that the property did not match the listing. We expected two full bathrooms, but there was only one bathtub, and then one half-bath. The rooms pictured on the listing showed two king rooms, and one double bed room, however the third room was actually bunk beds not a double. The third room was also semi-detached, and was off the back, through the garage (this was also not in the listing.) The bedroom off the garage was not very well heated, when we let the host know, they suggested using more blankets. Overall the host had no interest in making things right with us regarding the misleading listing, ignoring messages about it. Ultimately and we had to contact VRBO for support and they gave us 1/3 of our money back. The kitchen was not very well equipped, the only baking sheet was quite dirty and not usable, for example. The coffee machine was not working, and the host did get us a new one the next day.
