As others noted, there are quite a few steps to get to the property and the steps could use some repair and updating. The condo was clean and well stocked and the location was great.

Great location, close to everything. Third floor walk up apartment with two bedrooms and two baths. Would definitely rent here again.

I loved the location, it was very clean, and it had everything we needed. It was so nice to have 2 bathrooms! It should be noted that it is located on the 3rd floor. I am 50 years old and my mom is 75, even though it was on the 3rd floor they were easy -gradual type steps, so that was good.

Excellent property and great hosts

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and it is exactly as described and the Jeff and Jenny are extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Great condo to stay at while in Anchorage

Good location and the condo was very clean and good size. Everything you need is available and close to most things you want and need. I would recommend staying here if your lookikg for a place to stay.

Working in Alaska

This condo was a great place to call home while working in Alaska for the week. So much better then staying in a hotel. The owners were extremely accommodating and made our stay very comfortable.pa

Very clean, comfortable beds and well outfitted kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay. Our only thought was that it would have been good for us to know that it was a 3rd floor walk-up. A little difficult for those of us in our 70’s with heavy suitcases!

Nice condo in convenient location at a reasonable price. Well stocked. Some minor issues like non-functional garbage disposal, loose boards on walkway, and lack of towel rack/hooks in one bathroom. Overall decent unit for our enjoyable stay in Anchorage.

This property was in a midtown neighborhood location. Very convenient to all hikes. A quick 5 min uber ride into town. Perfect for us. Everything was great.

Comfortable stay

It's not fancy, but has everything you need, including shampoo and conditioner. Having 2 bathrooms was great. It would be nice to have a later check-out (11), but the owner was gracious when I ran over. No regrets staying here.

Airport Adjacent

Our flights arrived late (11p) so it was nice to make the short drive from the airport to a clean apartment to launch our Alaska vacation. I would note, this is a 3rd story walk up and there is a bit of street noise, but it is priced accordingly. On a positive note, the kitchen is nice and the bike trail is just a few blocks away.
