Two Family Chalet Steps From The Lifts At Ski Brule/Hot Tub/ Sauna

Ursa Lodge is a vintage ski chalet located on the foot of the mountain at Ski Brule resort. Originally built in the 1970's, Ursa Lodge has been renovated and updated to offer contemporary living spaces and amenities while retaining the charm and rustic coziness of a Northwoods chalet.
The Lodge offers an 3 bedroom upper suite (URSA MAJOR). The main bedroom is in a spacious and bright loft that overlooks the main living and dining area and features a comfortable king size bed and ensuite bathroom.
The main floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with comfortable double futon that sleeps two as well as a full bathroom. All bedrooms are outfitted with luxury cotton linens and towels (2 towels per room).
In addition the lower suite (URSA MINOR) provides guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom provides a cozy queen size bed and the other bedroom features a full under twin bunk bed that sleeps three. Two towels are provided for the main bedroom and four towels are furnished in the bunk room.
Each unit has a full kitchen that is ready for cooking meals with an electric range and ample refrigerators. Both are fully equipped with dinnerware, silverware, pots pans and everything you'll need to prepare and cook for your family or guests.
Each unit also offers a living room with a wood burning fireplace and a television with apple TV and streaming services.
Relax outdoors in our hot tub and wood fired barrel sauna accessed though the lower suite.
We also provide BBQ grills for both suites. The upper unit features a large charcoal grill and the lower suite has a dual fuel (gas or charcoal) grill for all of your BBQ needs.

HOUSE RULES:
- Do not move furniture, dishes, kitchen utensils or any other objects between upper or lower units.
- Skis and Snowboards are not allowed inside the chalet.
- Do not wear ski boots inside the chalet.
- No smoking (of anything) indoors. If you do smoke outside dispose of your waste properly. Do not flick cigarette butts around the property.
- Dispose of all garbage properly in the containers provided.
- Renters are liable for proper grill use. Move the grill away from the structure before use and recover grill when fully cooled.
- Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. Please be respectful of other guest and our neighbors.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Occupancy capacity must not be exceeded for overnight guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% refund until 15 days before booking, 50% refund 15 - 5 days and no refund after 5 days (barring a catastrophic event or bereavement. In that case we offer a full refund). Non refund cases can be transferred to other dates for up to one year. Security deposits are non refundable in all cancellations that occur within 15 days of booking.

ANY VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. ANY DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION.
